Best eyes care experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. They are very friendly, knowledgeable from the front desk to the doctors.

Had a great experience as a new patient. Highly recommend this office and their professionalism. Top tier facility and customer service. The last eye doctor I went to I had a bad experience and this office made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my contact lenses and the fit.

Dr. Lim and his staff were wonderful! It was such a sweet and easy process throughout the appointment. As someone who has only worn glasses since prescribed, they made me feel confident in wearing contacts and how to use them properly. Although I had wanted a simple check up, it really went a long ways and I urge those who feel nothing may have changed or are unsure about going in, please do. And if you do, go see Dr. Lim and his staff!

I had such a wonderful experience during my visit. My original appointment was delayed because of the snow but the communication was great and it was extremely easy to re-schedule. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful, from getting checked in to saying goodbye before I left there were just positive vibes all around. Thank you KVC :)

This place is fantastic! Dr. Kevin Trant is great. All the girls at the Front desk are amazing 👏: Kim, Cindy, Kemeron. I'm very sorry if I made mistakes in spelling. From the moment I called them 1st time till the end of my appointment I was provided with excellent customer service by very knowledgeable and professional staff. Kemeron, thank you VERY much for all your detailed and smart answers on my million questions!

The doctor talked a LOT, about himself, and it was kind of awkward, but he was nice, and did a great job of explaining in layman’s terms without condescending. The rest of the staff was incredibly sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. The selection of glasses was large, which was important to me. Will definitely return.

I was looking for a more local optometrist after moving to the Eastside and booked an appointment here after reading good reviews online. Calling in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful to get me set up to come in and see Dr. Vuong. On the day of the appointment I was checked in and had the precheck things like taking photos of the retina and various tests done without much issue.

Here they mentioned that they were running behind and had me wait in the lobby for a bit, which is understandable. However, when I was brought back to see Dr. Vuong she immediately started speeding

We have used Kirkland Vision center for regular eye exams for several years. We also bought glasses for my daughter last year. I find the staff overall to be very skilled and professional. This is especially true with one of my kids who tends to be particularly wiggly and selectively-cooperative. Dr. Lin engaged her and (most importantly) was very patient with her when she needed a break. He took his time with her to make sure his assessment was accurate.

I scheduled an appointment but found out my insurance isn't accepted here but the staff was really sweet and understanding. before my appointment they sent me a covid questionnaire and clear expectations of what to expect when i arrive for the appointment. everyone was wearing a mask and sanitation appeared to be a priority.

Sadly Kirkland Vision is not what it was when Dr. Peter's owned the practice. I stayed with KV after Dr. Peters retired and was happy with Dr. Sham. She was excellent, on time and made sure she had reviewed the records sent by my ophthalmologist and knew my history with him too. This last visit I was asked be there 10 mins early to complete paperwork, I was there. My appointment time came and went, so I asked the receptionist if I had the wrong time 'no Dr. Jessica has other patients to see'. I asked how long and really didn't get a response, there was another person waiting

Helpful people!! I went there a long time ago when I was traveling and ran out of my contacts. I had my contact lenses prescription with me and fortunately they had them in my prescription power and brand at the store. Saved me!!! I'm traveling to the Kirkland/Bellevue area here again and reminded myself about this place. I'm really thankful for this place that was here.

Best vision clinic I've ever been to! I get very, very nervous going to any medical office or hospital and the staff here was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lim made my appointment quick and actually recommended new contact lens options, giving me two brands to test out for a few weeks.

I went to take an eye exam on a Saturday (thanks that they are open on Saturday!). Dr Dao did the exam on me and he is very patient and communicates in very detail with me - and listen to my opinions and make proper adjustment. I got my glasses today - and they fit perfectly!

Professional and friendly service. Great selection of frames. Jennifer and the whole team go the extra mile to provide great service. I recently came into Kirkland Vision Center after my glasses broke. I came in to schedule an appointment and they told me they could see me right away! They pulled up my insurance coverage while I filled out some paperwork. They explained my benefits to me and shortly after I was taken back.
I saw Dr. Lim, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took his time to get to know me and my vision requirements. He then educated me on the different options as far as contacts,and glasses. I was put into dailies and I love them!

When Dr Peters retired I thought Kirkland Vision was gone. I few months ago I discovered that Han only moved and had new doctors. I was thrilled! The staff was just as I remembered! Friendly, helpful, & understanding. Awesome job guys!!

Been a patient at KVC for over 10yrs. Dr Peters was a good doctor, but Dr Lim is fantastic. Very friendly and highly competent. More than just normal vision check ups, he has rescued two different torn contact lens from my eye. One time even coming in on a Sunday morning to pull he piece out. Both times he was extremely thorough and gentle. Didn't even charge me for the emergency visit on a Sunday! Who does that!? A doctor that genuinely cares about his patients, that's who! I highly recommend him to anyone on the Eastside.

Had my first adult Optometry experience EVER and Kirkland Vision was exemplary & exceeded my expectations. Thoughtful friendly staff, knowledgeable efficient customer service and Dr. Lim was personable & thorough in explaining my optometric results/issues with me. Highly recommend this place for your optometry needs for your entire family!

I was sold expensive lens that ended up being useless to me. After getting it corrected to the less expensive version they stuck me with the 3x cost

Just went here for the first time today for a contact eye exam . I suffer from horrible eyesight and Dr Sham and the whew staff were amazing ! So nice and helpful and the best experience to date . Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience . There was no wait no rushing and they explained everything . I'm glad to have found them here now that I have moved to the Eastside :)

I'm giving it a 3 because although i love Dr Lim, the (reception, accountant, Dr assist?) Cindy, wrote down the wrong info on my trial contacts several times as well as permanent orders that had to be returned. She then charged me again for the ones i returned. The strange part was how defensive Cindy would get instead of admitting her mistakes and… I don't think she gave Dr Lim my messages to call me back. I just paid her ridiculous charges and had to give up a really good eye doctor. I recommend Dr Lim, but would ask for a different (whatever Cindys position is.)

I had a really bad experience at this location a little while ago, and frankly, I thought I was over it, but obviously it was so bad that I'm still thinking about it. I'm not sure why I didn't write a review sooner. Anyway here it goes.

I managed to snap literally in half a pair of glasses that I bought at this location. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. I take the glasses back and get a confusing story as to whether or not they're under warranty. After about 30 minutes of confusion they take the glasses back for repair as a courtesy to me. Wouldn't have been so bad

I managed to partially back over my glasses in my car and the technicians at Kirkland Vision Center saved my weekend. I took the squished frames in to them and after a few disclaimers about the maybe breaking frames while trying to get them usable that I very much agreed to they were able to get the glasses quite usable. They saved my from my own bone-headed move and I can see until I head in to order a new pair on Monday.
This is some serious service from a business that I was not even a customer of and it saved my weekend.

I love Kirkland vision center! What first drew me in was the selection of glasses, I wanted something trendy, youthful, playful.....I found that in all three pairs of glasses I've purchased over the years. The Dr's and staff are wonderful, I value their opinions and enjoy there sincerity. I won't go anywhere else this is my dr for life.

Extremely disappointed. A bunch of crooks work there. I was told different things by different people at the front desk, and it and often cost me far more than it should have.

I was once told that the warranty on my glasses had run out when I still had another month. My mother received a similar story. The doctor (who is no longer there, thank goodness) wouldn't fit me for contacts because he didn't "trust" them.

What finally made me leave was after getting my frame fixed, immediately after, the glass of my lenses began to strip. Severely. I couldn't drive.
