First time as a new patient today with Dr. Andrews and as soon as I got home I told my girlfriend that she should go see her for her next eye appt. I was so impressed with how thorough she is! I also really appreciate that she takes her time to educate her patients and is very personable and talks to you like a human being. The office is pretty neat too in the historical medical dental building with interesting antique style furniture!

Dr. Andrews is absolutely the best eye doctor I've ever seen. She goes above and beyond and is just very nice. She is a very thorough doctor and has provided me with exemplary care. I woke up with a very red eye a few days ago. I assumed I'd have trouble getting care given its right at the holidays but Dr. Andrews helped me immediately and even provided me with her personal cell phone number in case the problem didn't resolve over the Christmas break. I appreciate the way she treats her clients very much and would recommend her every time. Her staff is always amazing as well.

I had no idea I would be a “difficult case” when I went in for a routine eye exam to upgrade my eyeglass prescription. Turns out my old eye doctor failed to diagnose and treat a problem. Dr. Andrews spent a lot of time with me, adjusting and tweaking the exam, explaining to me why I needed certain adjustments, gave me a referral for vision therapy, etc. I had been seeing Dr. Andrews for years before I switched to a different doc. Never again! I’ll continue to come back to Dr. Andrews for excellent, comprehensive care.

Dr. Andrews is always courteous, kind, and caring. Her exams are very though and she takes the time to explain in depth anything if you ask. I also appreciate the lack of pressure to purchase eyeglasses or contacts during the appointment. Some practices I've historically used push those products on you to extract as much as they can from your and your insurance. Urban Eye Care is a gem in the heart of Seattle, from walking in the door to walking out, it's always a pleasurable experience.

Dr. Andrews provided me the most informative and best care that I've received from any Optometrist. She was thoughtful, not rushed, thorough, and extremely caring. Through a series of questions and her keen observation she was able to diagnose a rare vision problem no other doctor has been able to pick up on. I am so impressed and thankful.
