For first time renters, it was a decent place to live at first. When we first moved in, the apartment was not cleaned. It was made to be presentable but not clean. When addressed of the issue, we were told everything was cleaned before we moved in and it in fact was not. There was debris from wall shavings on the carpet, a nail, and nail clippings. We lived here for two years and management was changed 3 times. Each change of management didn’t fix our issues. We had a garage without a motor and was asked to have the problem resolved several times within a year and we’re told we had to pay to

Word gets around quick! When I found out that the rumors were true, that Angelia is no longer our manager, I and my fellow Acacia residents were extatic I mean full on EXTATIC. I truly see great things happening now. I've never met someone so negative and always upset. She was never ever available to talk to us. At 1st I thought it was just us getting treated like this but after watching her interact with other residents and treat them the same way, I knew this lady has dark demands. She is mean, really mean. God works in mysterious ways, truly. I don't know if she left by choice or was let go

The apartments are nice in the inside and out and both of the Managers are nice and respectful, but if you wasn’t living in these apartments you wouldn’t know that for the last three months there have been shootings people dying right in front of your face also cars getting broke into and stolen right under your nose. You won’t be safe in these apartments with no security cameras it always something going on. Be safe and protect your families.
