Working with a Personal Trainer provides one-on-one or two-on-one instruction that incorporates exercise screening, goal setting and general health education. Following a fitness consultation, a challenging but appropriate workout routine will be developed & designed specifically for your individual needs.
All Personal Training sessions are 55 minutes long and located at 5718 Patterson Ave. in Richmond, VA. Each session begins with a 5 minute full body warmup routine., the bulk of our workout taking up 45 minutes, and we will end our session with a cool-down for stretch + review. Growing up in Hampton, VA, I originally moved to Richmond to enter the Graphic Design program at VCU. My focus quickly shifted to Exercise Science when I fell deeper in love with fitness, body composition, and movement through my own training. I sought out my Personal Training Certification in 2011 after competing in a Figure competition, and landed my first training job at Golds Gym in The Fan.
