I had questions on a ck engine light that had come on. He advised me to buy a new gas cap from the dealership. He turned off the dummy light, no charge. This is the second time they have just helped me at no cost with information. The other time he recommended the dealership and it turned out to be a recall, fixed for no charge. I will recommend them.

We found this shop when we lived in the neighborhood over 20 years ago. Berg is knowledgeable and always accommodating. We moved to the north valley 12 years ago and still make the drive back for service on all of our vehicles. These guys were friendly, helpful, honest, and they even popped out a dent in my bumper for free! I came in for a oil change. It was a huge dent with a crack, I thought I would have to pay for a whole new bumper. The service was excellent but that extra act of kindness really made my day. Do yourself a favor and take your car in here!

Took my car in for a simple oil change a few months back and it was fine. Service was done, price was ok. Per the 3000 mile rule I took it to another shop for an oil change and they told me the oil hasn't been changed in over 6000 miles!! This place charged me for the service and it was never done. Crooks and I'm never going back.
