Harvest Park Apartments

I lived here in 2018-2020 bad management Roberto and Ana were not the best had alot of unresolved issues slow maintenance request etc. Would not rent again from this property. Bad management makes for bad tenant's.

The new maintenance person, Rodger, is competent and thorough.

I lived here for 2 years. Monica and Roberto were always very prompt and courteous with any request or complaint I had. They really do care, and I can honestly say it made harvest park one of the best places I have ever rented at.

My Wife and kids lived here for two years. Roberto and Monica are great managers, and will go above and beyond to make sure every tenant gets what they need to live here comfortably.

I was looking for an apartment at Harvest Park and had the opportunity to tour the community with the support from Amanda. I’m so grateful for Amanda and her dedication to her work, because of her I didn’t just find an apartment, I found a place I can call home. Thank you Amanda!

We have lived here for 5+ years and its truly a wonderful place to call home! My kids get to play outside often and make friends. The homes are really beautiful and high quality. Its a very well kept place. Management really cares for people, especially Roberto and Ana. They are happy to help and they want this place to be a good home to everyone. Their maintaince man, Gerald, is hard working and will show up when you need it. Living here has been possibly the best apartment experience Ive ever had, and believe me when I say Ive lived in a LOT of places before! Highly recommended!

From previous attendance that live in the apartment complex it has been stated that it's a lot of racism going on

Rude managment here. New managment sucks. Nothing is getting done in the appartments. Don't live here. It's a joke of an apartment complex.
