The initial visit with the female doctor was ok but not great. Seemed knowledgeable but got the feeling she was wanting to do more and more yearsy that costs extra. Really high prices on glasses but I kind of was expecting that from a stand alone office. Horrible customer service. Rude staff. Worst off they hold your prescription hostage. After my initial visit I could tell they didn't want me to leave with my glasses prescription but I wasn't leaving without it. They conveniently didnt write down my contacts prescription and I thought I could just call in later and get it, WRONG

The Eye Site has been great, especially with our kids. Everyone here does a great job but I especially appreciate how good they are at helping us quickly find glasses that will look good on us. They are always straight forward with me about pricing. The glasses and contacts I have bought here fit better and last longer than the glasses I used to get from Costco.

The Eye Site failed miserably to see the opportunity to attract a new customer. I called to ask if I could schedule an appointment to get my Silhouette frames adjusted. With COVID-19 running rampant, I didn't want to take a chance by showing up in case there were restrictions in place with the number of people allowed in the office.

Stopped by to see if my sunglasses could be repaired. I was met at the door during this challenging time in health by the most friendly and smiling optometrist. She didn't promise that my glasses could be repaired. I waited outside while she worked her magic...YES, she repaired my glasses. BUT the most important thing here is that I will definitely return here for other services because the friendly, kind customer service made my day. I drove away smiling because of it! Kudos!

I've been wearing glasses virtually my entire life and have been to my fair share of eye doctors along the way. Dr. Ana Nielsen, her husband and the rest of the team at The Eye Site are all delightful and make the trip to the doctor a breeze.
I was in and out in roughly 45 minutes. Their updated technology helps expedite the appointment, produces more accurate results, and is more comfortable for the patient.
