Honestly and truly an excellent experience. Michelle was patient, caring, and helpful; Robie was delightful, kind, and knowledgeable; Dr. Ward was totally genuine and engaged, and really took the time to not only try to dial in the most beneficial prescription but also to explain and share all of the results, beyond what was essential. There was also the very nice person who came out and explained a few other specifics to me, though I missed her name. All in all, a very positive experience.
