HIGHWAY ROBBERY! 7 mile tow was $225 and Bill demanded CASH even though his listings say otherwise. Also he needs to learn simple
mathematics because he fraudulently charged us more NJ tax than allowed by law! DO NOT FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS!!!
As a side note - in the throes of Covid19, Bill took our money at a distance of a foot with NO MASK on his person. Shaking my head.

I called Bill’s from Morrisville, PA when I popped my tire on a Sunday night. Unfortunately my 2018 Jeep Compass never came with a donut, so I requested a tow to the Jeep Dealership in Robbinsville, NJ that I use. I was so surprised with how fast they arrived (within 40 minutes). John let me know when he was on the way and even informed me when he was about 10 minutes out. He was professional and efficient. He was also personable which I found to be very important, considering when these kinds of things happen we’re often already in a bad mood due to the circumstances of needing tow service

Had a flat. Called Bills towing to come put on the spare. John arrived in less than a half hour. He even called when he was 5 min out to let me know he was on his way. John was curious and professional. When he took the flat off he noticed that I had run over a screw. He plugged it for a small additional fee. Saved me time and money today. Highly recommend.

I have been using Bill’s Towing for years and I was a loyal customer up until he just ripped me off I shouldn’t have used him,but I didn’t want to start waiting all over again. My experience with this towing service was excellent all around! They came very quickly and the person that did the towing was quick and polite. The office staff was very nice and helpful as well. Don was so nice and helpful with assisting me take care of getting my plates off and opening my jammed trunk. I also had the chance to meet Bill, the owner, and enjoyed speaking with him. It was a positive experience and I would recommend this company.

Bills Towing are thieves!! Tow cars in non-tow zones and do not abide by NJ statues. Towed vehicles from private lot which had no signage of where anyone was allowed to park and towed cars. Had to pay cash to get cars out even though his office displays MasterCard and Visa logo which is another violation of NJ statue. Management company is also liable for allowing this practice as signs must be at all entrances which they are not.

The owner here is arrogant and rude, I would not recommend their services to anyone. They do a haphazard job with their towing with no regard to the interior contents of your vehicle. Their location is also in a sketchy lot that I would never willingly leave my car at. Very displeased with my experience there.
