Personal training with Jagged Fitness LLC of New Jersey is a fun experience that focuses on healthy habits that make you feel good from the inside out! The first step that begins the process of better health and fitness is creating a program designed just for you. You begin by filling out a short questionaire.

Jacob is great to work with. He's very understanding, adaptable and listens to what your goals are! He's also very responsive and makes sure all your questions are answered. Overall, if your in the NJ area I would get on his books, or if you are out of state definitely check into the online training

Absolutely great service. Jagged fitness uses movements that challenges your body and creates strength. He works and modifies each work out to reach his clients goals and communicates the reasons behind the movements. All around a great experience.

I have nothing but positives for Jagged Fitness and Jacob as a trainer. He has taught me how to properly perform all of the major lifts and always make sure I don’t injure myself. He always knew exactly where to push me in terms of my limits and showed me I’m capable of more than I thought. It was a great experience working with Jacob. Jacob has been providing me with in home personal training for about six months. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and sincere. As a woman in her fifties who hated working out, I didn’t know what to expect but Jacob designs each session based on my ability and progress and I now look forward to our sessions. Jacob pushes me out of my comfort zone in the most supportive way, while being very mindful of my concern about injury. I have been training with Jagged/Jacob for years, and have come to the understanding that he offers not only world class physical training but also much more than that. He is very client-centric and tailors the program to my needs, no matter what sport or goal I’m chasing at the time (Jiujitsu surfing trail running snowboarding). I have been training with Jacob for a month now, both 1-on-1 training sessions and partner training sessions. Before beginning the sessions, I was able to speak with Jacob to provide him with further information of what my short, mid and long terms goals are to give him a better understanding of what I am looking to achieve. Jacob was then able to customize my workouts to better align with where I’m at and to provide exercises to get me back into working out.
