Genesis Transmissions was established in 1998 by Rene Alvarez, a young man from the small town of Loraine, Texas. Poor service, sent a lady to get a transmission problem fixed, lady had to go back several times, Even had to puck vehical up at different lication on opposite side of town and car had beer cans in the back, funny thing is she doesn't drink,, GAVE ANOTHER TRY, KEPT VERTICAL FOR MONTHS.., NEVER AGAIN

This place is super busy and for good reason they do good work! I am very pleased with my truck after the Transmission rebuild. They explained what they were going to do and how much the cost would be upfront. I highly recommend them if you need your transmission serviced or checked out this is the place to bring it to.. This best place to take your car, the owner is so nice and he will work with you. I currently have Chrysler 200 and the transmission has gone out. The owner gave me a price and when I told him my situation he told would the job for that price. This doesn't happen other place he truly care for people and your car. Also, I brought my daughter a 2003 PT Cruiser for her drive for college years back and the transmission went out. I actually took my car to a different shop and was unsatisfied and I called Genesis, and they went and pick up the car and even repair the car at a lower cost. The PT cruiser

I saw an earlier review and kept the name of the company in my back pocket, not realizing I would need it a few weeks later. The staff is professional, accommodating, sincere, and patient. From beginning to end the process was smooth and I felt they really worked with me. It was close to an hour drive for me to reach them but I would do it again and tell everyone it was worth the trip.
