We politely ask you to join us in helping those who cannot help themselves during these truly uncertain times. In an ongoing effort, Fath Properties will be partnering with a local charity to provide help to the members of our community who need it most. We will be collecting items in a bin located outside of your Leasing Office.
A huge thank you to all of our residents who donated to the St. Nick's Shoppe gift drive this year. We want you to know-your generous response to this effort empowered Catholic Social Services to provide gifts and essentials to more than 500 families this holiday season! As those who distributed these items can attest, every gift was warmly appreciated and the recipients were very thankful.
We are here to assist you in your apartment home search. We are offering guided, self-guided and virtual tours. A self-guided tour allows you to visit the community and view an apartment home with assistance from a team member via telephone call. We also offer virtual tours in which our teams can walk you through availability, photos, floorplans and more online or through a live video call.
We left a detailed message on the work order request page explaining our issue and days we would be available to have it fixed. The maintenance man called that day to verify we were home, came in and fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner. Hi Paul, Thank you for the positive rating! DO NOT live here if you have family with any chipped paint on their vehicles. Girlfriend/boyfriend any friend or family. Chipped paint. They will tow it. Only has to be one little spot. Even if it’s only there for a few hours. They see it again, it’s towed.
Also these apartments are old an have bad bug infestations. Have had pest control come multiple times.

I've lived here for almost 3 years and at first the experience was great. However, this new management is horrible and money hungry. My apartment complex next to mine caught fire back in October and they have yet to fix that unit, the insulation, the cables and to completely fix my ceiling from when the fire department put a hole in my ceiling. They gave everyone the wrong sized air filter which caused out ac/heater to run harder and now my ac unit is out and they don't know when they'll fix it and I have to wait on a list. The place is just falling apart and for the only it isn't even worth it

We have had nothing but horrible stuff in our apartment and at this place.
Kids throw rocks at your cars!!
We were told we would have new carpets replacing the old ones. We didnt.
Our kitchen tile floor is bubbled up bad and sunken holes in there as well.
The carpet is beyond disgusting, also with sunken holes everywhere, they never replaced it, they claimed to have gotten it cleaned "good" and it was not, the carpet is ripped/shredded up in areas. MAINTENANCE IS LAZY/LOOKS
