Just finished working with Randy and his team to install 6 glass block windows in a 1956 ranch house. The sills were rotted and the a few of the windows were cracked. Quote process was easy and quick. Price is unbeatable. I received 3 quotes and these guys came in the most competitive. I would use J & R Basements again.

I bought a house in the Falls, J & R installed a sum pump right before we purchased. The sump pump had a small issue. I looked through my paperwork and noticed an invoice from J & R, I called and spoke to Randy. He came out the same day and repaired the issue, I had noticed they install glass block windows. I had him give me a quote and I hired them to do the work. John and Jim came out on Labor day to do the work, they were both very friendly and knew their job well. John was very meticulous in the finish work. I am very pleased with the work they did, looks better than I thought it would. I highly

This is the 2nd time that I have used J & R for glass block window installation. Randy got a quote to me very quickly and completed the work in 1 day. He is professional and cares about customer service. He is knowledge about the products he uses and always gives a fair price. I would not think of using anyone else! They do it right!

I had J&R waterproof my basement back in February when it was cold. I would have to give them a 99.99% rating on the job they did for me. The piece of mind I have now, knowing my basement is dry as can be (in a 100 year old house). Randy stayed in contact with me constantly, plus the on site foreman kept me updated with any changes. I highly recommend this company to waterproof your basement. They dug everything by hand, finished in a week and I couldn't be happier with the end results.
