I contacted BLDG 7 to do a group activity for work in honor of an associates major milestone. Linda and her staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and created a great session of restorative yoga that everyone truly enjoyed. They also have a beautiful studio and offer a verity of classes. I really can't thank them enough for making this activity a huge success.

Love this yoga studio. I've taken several yoga classes and they are all awesome. My favorites are the power yoga and aerial yoga classes. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and challenge you physically. The yoga rooms are spacious and calming. This studio has easily become my new favorite place.

I just took Vinyasa Core 60 with Pam this morning and loved it. She kept us at a slow pace so that we could concentrate on our core muscles, her descriptions were helpful in picturing what we were to do, and she really made me work my core and sweat. I probably won’t like her much tomorrow since I’ll be sore but it will be a “good” sore. Thanks, Pam for starting my day out great.

I recently moved back to the area from a city where there are yoga studios everywhere, so I was afraid I wouldn't find my "spot" once back in the Reading area. I was so excited to find BLDG 7, and I have found my self in an even more consistent yoga routine than when I had all those studios within walking distance!
I like the combination of more challenging vinyasa classes, paired with a restorative class at some point in the week. The staff is always friendly, the facilities are great (the Fire Room is my favorite), and the variety of classes keeps things interesting. I highly

I've been attending classes at Bldg 7 Yoga now for 3 weeks and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. I decided to try out the $40/2wk new member trial membership and I attended 5 classes taught by 5 different instructors during that time. I'm now routinely attending Vinyasa Basics with Linda, Yoga for Athletes with Jenn, and Community Yoga with Benita. The facilities are clean and inviting, the people are friendly and helpful, and the classes are challenging and enjoyable.

I have taken my first 2 rowing + TRX interval classes here and will be back! The classes were welcoming to beginners and the instructor, Lindsay, took her time with me to explain the rowing form and was very motivating too. There seemed to be a good mix of beginners and regulars there. The atmosphere is pleasant and staff was friendly. There's also a small retail area in the front section with free tea and cookies. I look forward to trying out additional classes here in the future.
