Holy moly this place is like discovering the fountain of youth for your feet. I almost didn't post a review because I don't want to have an even harder time getting an appointment! These gals are so wonderful and truly dedicated to making sure the experience is relaxing. I'm not going to get into all the ways they make this happen so I don't ruin the surprise but this is super luxurious spa-quality tight here in our little sleepy town. Even my husband is thrilled, even though he gets "shushed" almost every time we go.

The chair was exceptionally comfortable, my pedicure came out nice, HOWEVER they had music playing quite loudly, and yet the sign on the door said to whisper inside, and I could not relax at all. This is not the treatment and experience my sister and friend had received there. I asked, politely, if they could please turn the music down because I could not relax. My pedicurist mumbled something in her mask, and never turned it down. I was almost in tears because I paid a lot of money for a spa experience and got a lot of loud bass. Do not waste your money and time with this salon. They're customer service is terrible. If you try to modify or cancel your appointment be expected to pay full price. You cannot speak to a human on the phone, they expect you to send them a text. It's very disorganized and the owner is incredibly unprofessional.

I've been coming to Coastal for years now and the service is consistently impeccable! Everything about this place is luxurious and just pure bliss. I love that this incredibly talented team of ladies have been here for so long! That says a lot about the atmosphere and morals/ethics shared by each nail artist, and the owner. Anyone who hasn't been here is missing out and should book right away!! You may have to leave a message or DM to book because they don't allow blaring, annoying phones to be ringing... including their own! Step into this place and it's all about YOU time

I contacted Coastal Pedicure two days before making an appointment (called on Wednesday and made the appointment for Friday) and they were able to fit me for a manicure and pedicure (their 90-Minute Spa Package). I brought my own regular nail polish which was fine with them. Rebekah and Riley were fantastic! I had a lovely experience with the anti-gravity chair, the arm and leg massage almost put me to sleep, and my nails looked great! I contacted coastal pedicure and scheduled a pedicure and manicure with Rebekah. The whole environment was so relaxing. The anti gravity spa chairs are so relaxing and such a great way to pamper yourself. This is by far the best pedicure I’ve had. It’s worth every dollar and I will definitely be coming here again. My husband and I were in town for an anniversary getaway and decided to treat ourselves to pedicures. We were able to get appointments the day before and it was a great experience. We loved the chairs and the people, they were so kind! The only downside was that I wish the massage had been longer, however I always feel that way we would definitely come back!

I’m getting married. I booked 14 months ago. Yes 14. COVID happened and the shop closed. I left several messages. The previous owner called back to assure me they would get me in when they reopened. I started leaving messages in the last 6 weeks. No call back. I get married in two weeks. I drove by last Saturday and they were open. I went in to book and the “new owner” basically told me she could not help me. There were people ahead of me. It has been 9 months since I had a pedicure because of COVID and because after we moved, I never found a new nail salon...until TODAY! Based on YELP reviews, I made an appointment with Kathy, arrived on time, had my temperature taken, filled out a short form, washed my hands and was seated in a most comfortable chair. I was given a heat sock for my neck and heated eye pillow and then a hot foot soak. Then, Kathy tilted the chair back and I floated away, mesmerized by the music and my toes/feet were rejuvenated! I have been here several times and there is no better pedicure in town. The zero gravity chair and their process rivals even the Ojai Valley Spa which I have all been to numerous times. The salon is quaint and they are very mindful of keeping it quiet so you can fully relax. They also did a great job of screening us before we came in due to COVID. I felt safe at all times. Kathy always does a great job and is really friendly as are all of the other girls. My mom had Riley and loved her pedicure too. I've been going here for several months now and although I hate to say it I won't be going back. For the last several times, my polish has been chipping within days. Both pedicure and gel manicure. I've left messages saying so, but no one has addressed this. My last appointment I found the prices had increased. This salon is already quite pricey and I just don't think it's worth it. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I received a gift card for the $55 pedicure a few months ago and unfortunately forgot to bring the certificate but it wasn’t a problem, and they worked with me to find an appointment while a friend was in town so we could go together on short notice. The atmosphere was so bright, positive, uplifting, and calming. It was a lovely experience and I will be back! Thank you!

Best pedicure ever. Worth every penny! I took my mom for Mother's Day and she was so relaxed during the service, she fell asleep!
Their anti-gravity chairs are awesome. Very friendly staff. The salon is very small which makes for a more intimate experience, unlike "normal" nail salons. I will definitely be back!

I found this place on Yelp. Didn't know I had to make an appointment. Tami was able to accommodate me. She placed me in a chair with a hot pack for my neck and eye pad for the light. I was placed in a reclining chair with air massage. This had been the best pedicure/back massage I've ever had. I'm a traveler I've been from the east coast to the west, having pedicures, and this is the best!

I have been getting pedicures for many years at any one of the many little nail shops you see all around. Sometimes I would get decent pedis, and sometimes not at all. Often after 4-5 days it would look like I needed another one. I honestly didn't know any better as that was what I was used to.
