I enjoy the living space and the environment. However, they hired an outside company for maintenance that interrupted my work from home and would not come back at another time. I had to reschedule client appointments and interrupt sessions to accommodate them. They insisted on getting into the room where my husband was sleeping instead of coming back later to examine an issue and gave no advance notice they needed to come inside our unit. Highly disruptive and unprofessional.

These are really gorgeous apartments and I found them really spacious. The maintenance people are amazing. I can’t remember the name of him but he is so professional and hard worker . We did have a situation with one neighbor for extreme noise during the day and at late night, and Kim has been more than professional and kind to try to fix our situation. We can’t be more thankful.

The first 3 months were okay. After that my fiance had to call because my phone calls did not get answered and the office was not available for walk in. Then came the move out. My rent on autopsy was on hold in my account for 4 days for no reason so I got charged a late fee for that. You will incur the cost to repaint the apartment. And the bill gets assigned to collections before you even get it. This the most expensive apt I've ever lived in with the least receptive management.

I will start off by saying we have NEVER left any type of review before so for us (our family) to leave a review for this complex means it really left a bad taste in our mouths.
PROS:
1. Pool year round access, however dirty half the summer time.
2. Gated, however, it was broken half the time.
CONS:
1. Management is unbelievably horrible.
2. They don't keep track of their ups/fedex boxes when on repeated occasions we know a package is at the front office and they label the apartment numbers wrong.
3. They are late sending yearly leases and try to up your rent after your year mark (yeah

I loved my stay at Pecan Pointe! My neighbors were great! Brandon the office manager was great, as well as the assistant manager Kim. The maintenance guys are even awesome. The apartment layouts are huge and have a "house feel". They host community events such as karaoke night, movie night, etc...I relocated out of the area due to a job offer. I'm going to miss everything about Pecan Pointe. I give them 5 stars, because they deserve it! I would definitely recommend these apartments!

Pecan Pointe Apartments have gone above and beyond! I absolutely loved the apartments layout and amenities. The management is wonderful as well. Kim, Brandon and all the leasing agents have been nothing but kind and helpful. The office staff is always very helpful, they have taken care of any of my needs in an efficient and professional manner. Maintenance is top notch! Any time I submit a service request they fix the issue quickly and properly. The elementary school is nearby and in the Belton school district.

"A Relaxing Place to Call Home"... I beg to differ with their motto. I've been a tenant going on my second year now and it was great up until September 2017. As a loyal tenant I made a call to the office to make a formal complaint regarding our upstairs noisy neighbors (now when I say noisy I mean NOISY, not a little tap tap... more like a BANG BANG - STOMP STOMP, pictures going crooked and lights flickering), and also waking up my baby. Their response was... "I'm sorry, we will call them and give them a verbal warning." The next time we called in regarding the NOISE

The staff at Pecan Pointe is AMAZING! They are always cheerful and helpful. We have lived here for 2 years and truly enjoy our peaceful home with a fantastic pool! I chose Pecan Pointe for the great schools within walking distance, but fell in love the quiet community and beautiful, green double rows of pecan trees just outside our door.

Then the common area in the building need a good power wash cause they are dirty and so when you walk into your apt you find footsteps in your floors. There are wasp nests everywhere and they knock them down and the stains from that are still there. The gym is small one outdated none trad mill and elliptical machine; can't see the numbers on display really. Then tv face one direction on the wall.

I have lived at Pecan Pointe for almost a year and completely in love with my spacious and open floor plan which is flooded with so much natural light!
The property is lush and well groomed. The pool, spa and built in outdoor kitchen just make this property extra special! They also provide a 24hr gym and have a business center when needing to print or scan any documents. It has been quiet and the walls are well insulated. Overall, this has been the best choice for the perfect apartment home living! I am signing for another year and look forward to a couple more years to come!

My wife and I lived here for three years and had an overall positive experience the whole time. The maintenance staff is excellent and quick, the office staff are polite and helpful, and the apartments themselves are in good condition (we have leased both 2&3 bedroom, always clean and ready on move in day). The pool is a fantastic amenity and it, along with the rest of the grounds, are well maintained. Plenty of parking and neither my wife nor I have ever been concerned about vehicle or apartment break ins. The apartments are well located, about 10 minutes from a target, best buy, walmart/HEB
