This package is ideal for those vehicle that require a thorough interior and exterior cleaning and protection. The complete restoration and reconditioning of the exterior of the vehicle from bumper to bumper. Typically takes 3-4 hours from start to completion. The complete vehicle is waxed with a wax applicator on flat surfaces, and by hand in hard to get areas. After spending 350.00 on getting my husbands truck detailed for Father's Day, I didn't expect to be disappointed. A lot of areas were missed, water spots on paint and windows, bed wasn't touched and I even paid extra for steam cleaning the interior and a stain was still in the seat. I've done this complete detailing 3 years ago and was highly satisfied. I think a follow up call would have been appreciated knowing how dissatisfied I was.

I always have problems with them. I went back after a long hiatus and they left my car in drive and almost crashed it. They left off the protective bottom after the oil change and had to bring it back. The car was still dirty after all this and it took over 2 hours. All this for $129. I would recommend you looking for anywhere else this place has gone into the gutter.

This car wash has gone down hill since it opened. I just got my Cherokee washed and they didn't do a good job at all. I still have debris in my cup holder. They don't wipe down the door jams as well as they used to. I'll go to the car wash in Coram and pay only $6 and forget this place. Two thumbs down. I'm one of many unsatisfied customers.

WARNING: READ TILL THE END (CONSUMER BEWARE) Poor management and a half decent car wash passed off as a full detail. Mis-representation of services rendered. Went to get the hypoallergenic detail service. Under the coupon and specials section it states you receive a FREE full service wash with any oil or detail package. The establishment manager would not honor this. After speaking to the owner about the coupon, he stated I found an error and he will honor it but will remove the coupon (Fair Enough). I told him I was concerned about how the manager treated us and how I was doubtful the service

This place is vial. I was sexually harassed by an employee there washing cars and when I told the owner. He told me it didnt happen and that no way did the employee do that. Called me a liar and spoke to me like garbage. Got in my face and tried to intimate me. I spoke nicely and respectful. He never even spoke with the Employee. Owner is a complete lunatic. This is how he treated me as a customer. The employee is illegal immigrant. Reported to I.C.E and other agency's. Enjoy it now Mr. Carwash owner.

Horrible customer service, rude, arrogant and disrespectful to women. After getting home from the car wash and seeing blue stains on the hood I immediately turned around to have it fixed. Both the manager and owner were rude and disrespectful. The manager tried to tell me it was tree sap and it was not their job to fix. If it was tree sap why was it the same blue color as their machines? When questioning this I was told "dont you know that tree sap comes from trees?" with a smirk. Getting a car wash usually takes care of the Cheerios on the floor and the crumbs on the seat. It makes the car a bit less embarrassing. I came here expecting the same, but what I ended up with felt like a brand new car. The amount of time and effort they put into cleaning my disaster of a car was incredible. There was not a speck of dirt anywhere. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I almost didn't want to put my two messy kids back in the car. After this experience I'll never go anywhere else

Got a gift card for this place. I haven't been here in months because they are terrible. they hardly use any soap in the wash. they should take a little pride in there work. same deal today 47 dollars for a garbage wash that I had to detail my truck when I got home. seriously watch your car go through the wash they don't use hardly any soap at all its a ripoff. bye star never again!

My husband's lease is up and he's turning the car in; had the $300 full detail done a few weeks back and just needed a quick rinse off today before heading over to the dealership.

One of the most Expensive Car washes I have ever been to. Now normally I don't mind paying extra for great service however the service here was horrible my Range Rover was stilled dirty and the rims were covered in brake dust. I paid over $45 for my car wash. The inside was cleaned well.
Also If you decide to have your wheels coated with them the shine will last about one hour since it's watered down...

Guys no me as a regular and do Good job washing.
This time I made mistake of using Oil Change Service on BMW X5.
They stripped the Oil Plug and sent me on my way with a BAD Leak. Long story short next day I see an enormous Oil Stain on my driveway.
I go back and of course they claim it was stripped when I took it to them.
1.always serviced by Cert BMW Tech except this once.
2.if it was a problem (which it absolutely was not) they would have dragged me under the car to show me before they completed the service.
3. Not one drop of oil ever in 5 yrs owning the

I haven't washed my car in like 2 years (yes I know horrible). I stopped here on the way home and I am glad. I am not a customer. They did a great job on the car. Little things that other car washes don't do (like crack all windows and wipe the glass). I am surprised that is not a standard technique! LOL They have this pressure air hose that they use as well while wiping the car to get the water out of little spots and cracks.

I bought a Groupon for this car wash/quick oil change establishment and after it was all said and done? Job well done guys! I dropped off my SUV and they took car of everything, oil change and car wash.
The did such nice job that I brought my Corvette back here for a Spring Detailing.
