You pay $19 each month and you can come in up to 10 TIMES EVERY MONTH for an Exterior Wash. That's more than 2x per week! This program is designed to have you rethink when and how often you get your car washed. I paid 50 dollars for a platinum full service and my car still look dirty
They did not clean the window well the dashboard was still with dust and didn't if bother whipping down the dashboard I was very disappointed on wasting so much money

Spent 48.00(the most expensive package) and received terrible service. The inside of my car was filthy, not wiped down at all. Exterior was still dirty with the wheels not even being cleaned. Waste of money. I wish I checked my car before leaving, I would have never tipped. Never using this car wash again!

I'll admit that my car doesn't get the TLC she deserves. Mechanically I'm pretty by the book but I don't' keep up on the cosmetic stuff very well. by the time I arrived at Island Car Wash, it had probably been a year since she had seen an organized professional cleaning. You know I was on the road a bunch in Early 2020 and then the world shut down and before you know it we were knee deep in 2021. I know; excuses , excuses.
I arrived hear after having an unsatisfactory exchange with the more local car wash where i was informed that my car was "too dirty"

Don't go here, if u just want to spend money for nothing just go ahead.I paid 47bucks for car wash and $25tip to get my car washed,they do it with bad attitude and not cleaned job.They only spend5 minutes to wipe the seats,and they said it's not included to wipe them very clean.Also most of the surfaces doesn't get wiped too!

I give this place ZERO STARS, absolutely horrible, I bring my White Jeep Grand Cherokee there they charge me $67 nothing was vacuumed, armor all on half of the interior, wheel wells not even wiped down at all, I said something to the manager asking if they could go over and just wipe everything down again this is incomplete, he's response was, " ohhh you want a 2 hour car wash ". I said no I just want what I paid for. He was extremely rude and disrespectful as I get into my vehicle and try to leave, I start it and put it in drive and the engine is raving to 6000 rpms and thank god

Island Car Wash is quite popular. I see at least 10 cars, SUVs and pick up trucks here on a Sunday morning at about 10 am. While I was driving here, I saw only one vehicle at a nearby competitor, the Centerreach Car Wash.

$15 for exterior only because of COVID-19. I hope some of that $15 goes to tip the staff because you aren't allowed to exit your car or open your windows and $15 for a crappy exterior wash is E X P E N S I V E A F !
I really needed an exterior wash but I could have done much better myself. It looks like I drove it in the rain and used one bounty paper towel to dry it off. Dirt everywhere!

We live locally so we come here to give our cars a quick clean. That's all we expect to get here...Because of that we will take advantage of the night owl pricing or exterior only. Unfortunately we don't come here when we want more of a detailed cleaning. They don't give enough customer satisfaction.

I want to know how this place gets business. It's a regular car wash and they're prices are insane. I have a 17 chevy Silverado. Double cab. And they want 45 bucks for the middle package on their signs. Lol that's absolutely insane. I paid it once expecting it to be flawless and when they were done I had to direct the workers to wipe down pretty much the whole car again. 45 bucks lol. Outrageous. I go to Magic car wash down the road from my dads house, which is 5 min away from middle country. And they charge me 17 bucks after tax and do it right (almost) all the time.

Too busy affecting their performance. They need to take more care and put a little more elbow grease into their cleaning of the interior. Car was dry by the time they started exterior. Also need to be more environmentally friendly. Napkins and Garbage falling out of cars all over the place and road and no one was chasing it or picking it up! Thats littering!!
