A sway bar link on my car needed a replacement. I had bought the part thinking my boyfriend could fix it, no problem, but we don't have an impact gun and he was having difficulty getting the bolts off. I'm new to this neighborhood and called several shops for an oil change without any luck. JT Auto was the only one able to get me in the same day. There was a very nice clean waiting area for customers. I was offered bottled water while I waited. My car was worked on right away. JT offered a coupon through Yelp which was accepted. The whole process and shop ran like a well oiled machine. JT was polite, personable, & trusting. I would definitely return when I'm back in Tucson.

It is family owned and I will always support a family owned business. I was greeted with a smile and Wendell had my car fixed within 2 days of me coming in. He also took the time to go through my car and let me know few other things that need repair and gave me his honest opinion at no charge. Very satisfied with the service.

Had a Groupon for an oil change so I took my car there. After doing the oil change they also tole me that I needed new shocks and struts and 2 new tires! I couldn't afford all of the work right away so I just bought the 2 tires..well I took my jeep to another mechanic to get another opinion and my shocks and struts are perfectly fine!!! So that makes me wonder why they would do that to a single female? Would not recommend!!!

I moved to Tucson from Chicago with a 20 year old used car. Many shops have refused to work on my car here, because of the presence of rust. That's what rain and snow does to any car in the Midwest.

Had a different shop do a brake job on my truck awhile back and had some issues arise right before getting ready to head out of town. Looked up Yelp reviews and saw a bunch of great ones for JT so took the truck in. Wyndell was very professional, informative and prompt. It started with a phone about options for my wife's mini van that would allow a bit of dirt road driving. Wendell made some recommendations and allowed me to check out things online before ordering. We ordered… Toyo tires and they were ready in about 3 days. On appointment day, I was impressed by how clean the shop areas were. If a mechanic takes that good care of their shop, they will take care of my car, tires and oil change. Everything was done in about an hour. Easy in and out and treated well.

I am very pleased with the repairs made to my car! I had priced the brake repairs I needed previously, in my old neighborhood, but put it off since I was barely using my car during Covid. But when I went in for an oil change, I was offered a good package price for tires I also needed, and the brakes, so I took the chance with a new (to me) company and I couldn't be happier. My car is driving so smooth, the brakes are feeling like new and I am enjoying getting out and just driving around! Brought my car here after more than a year of problems finding someone to properly fix an issue I was having with my Corollas vacuum system and was very pleased with the service they provided. I had taken it to a couple of different places and after spending over $1k I still couldn't pass emissions. JT Auto - I drove out to Tucson from San Diego before the 4th of July week and my AC died 2 hours out from Tucson (yes in 108 degree weather). When I got in to Tucson I immediately began calling repair shops and received quotes from $1,500 to $2,000 as it sounded like I would need a whole new AC compressor system.

I wish the waiting area were better, but everything else about this shop is great. The service is done properly and honestly. These are workmen who take pride in doing things right. They don't run up your bill. Quality is the word. I consider J T to be my regular mechanic.
