They have recently taken over the Press Club in Somerset. Since this time, my husband's shirts have been horrible. They have to be ironed a second time due to the fact that the shirts have no starch. This after asking for heavy starch the last four times I have picked up his shirts. Very frustrating.

***WARNING: Do NOT bring any of your items to Dermody Cleaners***
Dermody Cleaners deserves a 0-STAR REVIEW. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced.
I brought my new state competition gown (w/tags) to be pressed. I received it in WORSE CONDITION. The gown had MORE WRINKLES, was BURNT, and had watermark STAINS all over. The Dermody Clearers tag said PRESS ONLY. We brought the dress back and the manager, Lisa saw the DAMAGE. She said to let them try one more time and stated the boss would CALL me that Monday - he NEVER did.
Back again, the dress STILL had STAINS & BURNT MARKS

This freakin' dry cleaners have lost two items of mine. I called the "owner" and have not received a return phone call and to be quite blunt, I really don't expect him to call me back. For some blessed reason they no longer tag the clothing. Perhaps they need to start doing that again so that they won't lose customer's clothing !
They're supposedly are looking for the belt THEY lost (the belt was in the belt loops and knotted which is my usual procedure with dry cleaners) and how in the hell they lost the top to a piece suit is unexplainable AND unacceptable

The manager at the lakeville store is completely unprofessional to other employees aswell as customers. And so is the owner of the franchise. The management and communication is completely lacking . The people who do the actual cleaning and pressing have no Pride in the work they do. Quantity to them is more important than quality and in a cleaning industry it should be the opposite . I should not be paying $12 to get a horribly pressed , full of lint, shirt back. That is what you will get at Dermody Cleaners
