Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in their fields! We are comprised of board certified physicians, advanced nurse practitioners and physician assistants as well as registered nurses who have specialized training in pain medicine. We are a multidisciplinary practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions with emphasis on spine disorders.
A variety of services are utilized to treat specific pain syndromes, or to diagnose a problem that may be causing pain. We specialize in the placement of medications at specific locations of the spine, joints, peripheral nerves and soft tissues. Once a diagnosis is made, we're able offer a comprehensive array of services including spinal injections, sympathetic blocks, trigger point injections and other procedures.

I had an appointment with Carolyn Solak, and I was very happy with her, and I will continue using this facility and her. She communicates and listens very well, and I highly recommend her. I have been seeing Dr. Shrimanker for about a year.
