Our mission at Neurology & Pain Management, PLLC is to enhance patients' quality of life through a decrease in pain and an improvement in the ability to enjoy daily activities. We accomplish this by taking an integrated approach to pain management, providing consultation and treatment to individuals with both acute and chronic pain.
Dr. Nailesh Dave was born and raised in India. He graduated from the Medical College at Gujarat University in 1990. He completed his Neurology Residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in North Carolina from 1995 through 1998. He then finished a fellowship in neuro-rehabilitation at Southern Illinois of Medicine from 1998 through 1999.
Acute pain is pain that comes on quickly and usually lasts a short time. It serves as a warning of injury or illness. Acute pain can range from mild to severe and is often caused by an injury or sudden illness. Chronic pain is defined as pain that lasts longer than 3 months. Some experts define it as lasting longer than 6 months.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially debilitating disease in which your body's immune system eats away at the protective sheath that covers your nerves. This interferes with the communication between your brain and the rest of your body. Ultimately, this may result in deterioration of the nerves themselves, a process that's not reversible.
Here at NPMC Sleep Center we can help you break your everyday routine of being sleepy and unable to focus on daily activities, including your career, school and home lives. By spending one night at our sleep center we can diagnose over 80 different sleep disorders with one pain-free test. Here at NPMC Sleep Center each of our rooms are uniquely themed around patients' comfort and making each patient feel at home.

I have been going to them for a while and the Sanford office has been nothing but very kind to me and professional. I have never waited longer than 30 min for my appointment and my dr gives me all the time I need during the appointment. It is never rushed. They treated my mother and she recommended them to me. Now the parking is brutal at times but manageable. It all depends of the appointment time. They have several offices throughout the area. And I have experienced wait issues and staff problems from other locations but not at the Sanford office. So…..other than that. I am very happy/pleased

Do not use this place for pain management. They are rude and dont listen. My special needs brother was talking to a nurse and referred to another person there as "the black girl" because he didn't know her name. He is on the autistic spectrum and they know this. In stead of politely correct him, they called him on his phone after we got home and demanded an apology .. they continued to ignore his complaints. No tests just prescribed the most expensive lidocaine patch with ins.700 for 30 patches. Must get kickbacks from drug manufacture. Awful place. Awful staff and drs

AWFUL does not begin to describe my husband's experience here that I was there to witness. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. So glad to have gotten my husband into Raleigh Neurology. He's actually getting the care he needs now. Neurology and Pain Management also prescribed the wrong machine for his sleep apnea, which was causing harm. He has been taken off the machine and has to start the entire sleep study process over again elsewhere. The MRI they ordered was denied by the insurance company due to lack of information provided by Neurology and Pain Management, according to the denial letter from

I have been at this clinic for over 5 years. Sure there are times you wait longer than 15 mins but overall I am seen within 30 mins. On the flip side to the wait, the PA takes her time with me and makes sure I am good before she leaves. They don't rush me out like other clinics do.... As far as the Staff, they have been very understanding and have treated me with respect. People come there in pain and are not the nisest people to be around. So for those that say the Staff is rude, I can say that has not been my experience

Be prepared for a wait appointment I had scheduled well in advance for 10:30 arrived 10 minutes to 10 no parking had to walk on the street from the building next door restroom had no soap... They advised me to use a Sani wipe that they had on the counter by the sign in. after being in the waiting room for almost an hour I was advised that they were 45 minutes behind schedule.

They are so rude every single visit. If I could give them a zero I would. They don't care about the patient at all .You always wait at least 45 minutes. Just to wait for the PA in the back. They told me they sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy but when I called the pharmacy they had nothing. I asked the PA for my prescription at the appointment and she made herself very clear. She HAD sent them over. Treating me with such anger like how dare I ask her again. So when I called the pharmacy and they did not have it. I called the office and they told me oh she sent you with a written prescription
