Hats off to Jose, Stephanie and other office staff at Bedford Creek! Just settled into my new apartment and there is no comparison to my last apartment. My apartment is very clean, beautifully painted, and floor looks great! Stephanie's wonderful personality and kindness makes you feel at home from the start! Very pleasant experience! Thank you!

I just moved into my 1b1b apartment here at Bedford Creek Apartments and have been loving it! The apartment is clean, except for a smoke smell (from previous tenant), no bugs, nothing broken, and friendly next door neighbor! The people at the front office have been nothing but kind and efficient! I wish the pool was open, but of course it makes sense due to Covid that it would be closed until further notice. it’s been 2 weeks and don’t have any complaints!

So after a decade at my apt i feel like i should give a review of what i call home. Over the years,as anywhere, i have had my issues and for the most part, things were taking care of. Management has changed recently and for the better i might add! Jose,Stephanie & pablo are so friendly & helpful, they moved me to an upgraded unit without any problems. Thank you Bedford Creek, you guys rock!!

I have been without hot water in my apartment for almost 5 weeks now with no end in sight, which is not only super inconvenient, it’s also super illegal especially considering in our lease agreement it states they will provide hot water. They rarely update residents on issues and still we are in the dark with what is going on concerning the water issue. Would not recommend living here or even considering living here, you might be without basic human necessities for over a month :)

I went online and filled out the application and at the end of application I was asked for a $250 deposit. I called to ensure that the process was legit, Thank God I did. When I called the woman told me that they are not accepting payments online and that I would have to come in. The woman who answered seemed to be in a rush and rude even referring to me as sir. $250 for app and admin fee...that crazy! Maybe it's been a while since I've rented. I will pass on this place.
