Our shop owner, John Connelly, has over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. Our shop was opened back in 2001 and we have been dedicated to helping our community with their automotive needs ever since. Our shop is Veteran owned and operated, and we are proud Military supporters. Outside of the shop, John's hobbies include golf, obstacle course racing and rat rod builds.

Worst towing service I have ever experienced. Worst customer service as well. How does AAA find providers like this? I don't pay AAA for 17 years to receive kind of poor service.
I have a m3 coupe with dual clutch and simply asked the driver if he knows how to get it on the bed because it's a very unique transmission.
Tow driver didn't seem to care. He was going to start the car, when the car shouldn't be started. Further, the car can't be put in neutral normally, but the tow truck driver didn't seem to care though. I wouldn't be surprised if the tow driver

Horrible experience. I wasted my money here. A technician was sent to reprogram my key - failed to tell me I had the wrong key until after he assigned a makeshift microchip to my car. I asked that they assist me further because I felt as though the service provided was not clear, but instead they stole my money and failed to properly complete the job. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

These guys are incredibly professional and always do a great job on my truck. I’ve used them a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and will continue coming back. They are upfront about costs and pretty honest with how long it will take. It’s also a great location because you can walk around the shopping center to target, get a haircut or nails done, or even go to a movie. Would recommend if you’re looking for a reliable service center.

I came here for the convenience on the distance to my home.
I work more than 15 years training people in marketing and customer service so is disappointing when you see somebody that rude as the person at the front desk .
I just change the oil of my car and the same guy recommend me to replace the arm bearings on the front of my car, he mentioned that was really needed! I was about to come after a week or so I had a professional inspection on a different mechanic, but not happy with that I ended paying for a expensive diagnostic on the Jeep dealer (my car is a 2016 jeep) in both place's couldn

Had an emergency with our car at about 4 pm on a Saturday. They could have easily told us they would get to it on Monday but they took the time and got us back on the road quickly. We live in Temecula and thought we would definitely have to take an Uber home but they took care of us. Thanks to Ron and the entire crew here for helping us on such short notice. Great service. Personable and friendly.

My spouse recently just went for a routine check up sometime in the afternoon. When she arrived she was immediately "cat-called" by three employees including the manager/lead of that particular shift. They proceeded to refer to my spouse as "baby girl" and "sweet heart" numerous times after being politely asked to stop. They proceeded to make my spouse uncomfortable by talking about his/her body. My car needed a power brake booster replaced on my CRV. I had gone to a few different places some were over the top expensive or they weren't able to get the part for 7 - 10 days. I'm a single parent and have two jobs, there's no way I can be that long without my car.
Bruce was able to get the part in two days and once it arrived they went straight to work. My car is running safely again.

I took my Honda Civic Car into Oceanside Automotive for a synthetic oil and filter change, also an 20 point inspection that included (checking all the belts, hoses and setting the tire pressure on my car at 32 p. s. i.).
This service was done on 12/17/2014 when Mac McCracken originally owned this automotive repair shop then Mac retired and sold his shop.
When I arrived for my morning appointment, Mac asked me if I would like to get my Brakes inspected? Since he told me his Brake Inspections are no charge to the customer. I told Mac, no that is okay my brakes are fine. Mac still had his mechanic

Well my experience has been great Ron has taken care of me several times I've had tires done oil changes brake work all kinds of things on several vehicles BMWs Hummer's Chevy trucks Alero you name it we've had stuff done and they have been upfront with us and what needed to be done now or what could wait if you're on a budget and you just can't afford to do everything at one time don't hesitate to talk to them and let them know That you need to break up things that you might have to have done on your vehicle and they will tell you what is the most important they have

Need more things to be broken, come here!
I had been taking my vehicle here for maintenance for years but have grown suspicious of their honesty as they kept "finding" new issues with every visit.
My concerns stemmed from a recent oil change visit, where they had informed me that my belts had gone bad. There was no visible wear and tear but I like to stay proactive on keeping my vehicle running smoothly, so we made an appointment to change the belts.
At the belt change appointment , I was then informed that my radiator hose was now leaking, which had not been an issue beforehand.

This is a good trustworthy auto place to bring in your car :)

Bruce is the one-man rep who speaks with all the customers and leaves a great impression on customers. Everything went pretty smooth as I called in the morning, took my car in the afternoon and my car was ready 1 hr after.

Took my car in for an oil change and to have the air in tires looked at and just an overall check to confirm the car was ok to drive to the desert the next day. (Where my car would be standstill for 5 days after, and then return home). Upon completing the oil change they said they that the radiator needs to be replaced, its leaking, and made it sound as if it was in dire need to be done right away. Quote? Over $1,000. I got my good friend on the phone who is a mechanic to talk to them for me. I needed some reassurance that this was a little excessive. Only got the oil change done, and left. Friend

I took my daughter's car in for a variety of problems. We had it scanned at a shop in SD, however, it was more convenient for me to have the work done closer to home.
Bruce went over everything with me and gave me a quote that I approved. Left the car and Mario gave me a lift home in our car so he could get an idea of the issues. Bruce and Mario were both pleasant and kind.

This shop has that feel as it should. I come here and every time I get treated like family
I've been going next door the tire place for 10+ years now, but coming here have made it easier for me and my family. We own 5 cars. 4 Mercedes Benz and 1 BMW. I trust these guys they've been honest with me. I can only say good things about these guys. I highly recommend Oceanside automotive.

We moved to San Diego this fall from Boston and so far I have used these guys for both mine and my husband's vehicles for oil changes, smogging, 90 K service (my car), 150K service transmission flush (my husband's truck) and more. I REALLY appreciate how they take the time to explain everything to me and work to resolve any issues that come up. Recently, I was worried about my tire pressure indicator not working correctly so I stopped by and they fixed it immediately and told me what had likely happened was that I was putting far too much air in the tires than I was supposed to because

Mac no longer works here and I feel like their integrity went with him. My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years and we no longer will be coming here after my latest experience. Mac was always trustworthy, but now they are under new management and have gone completely downhill.
They tried to upsell me on an oil change saying that I needed one. BUT I just had an oil change a week prior, so not sure how they figured I needed one. Oh, maybe because they didn't actually check. They said my sticker in my car had an old date on it, which wasn't true. The guy claimed
