Services
It is the clinic policy to try and accept all patients that are serious about their care. We therefore accept most major insurances. We also accept auto insurance and California worker's compensation insurance. We will even accept liens on certain instances. Many of our patients have limited or no insurance coverage at all.
Chiropractic is probably best known for its great success in treating back and neck pain. However, the scope of Chiropractic extends far beyond these complaints. Therefore we want to know about all the conditions or symptoms that you currently have. The slightest misalignment of your spine can put pressure on your nerves, which may contribute to the creation of symptoms or a health condition.
Today's doctor of chiropractic must have at least 5-7 years of highly specialized graduate school training. They must pass four rigid state board examinations, and in all states continuing education seminars must be completed for annual license renewal. Through these measures, modern chiropractic has achieved recognition as a comprehensive, scientifically sound force among the health professions.

I have been dealing with severe shoulder pain for over a year. I have been to a couple of physical therapists for several visits with minimal improvement. After just one visit with Dr. Marsh my range of motion has improved and the pain has been reduced from severe to tolerable. I am finally hopeful that I may have found the right person who listens to my concerns and has the knowledge and tools to help me help me get my active life back. Thank You Dr. Marsh

After a few days of dealing with neck and shoulder pain. I decided to go see a doctor and I’m glad I was able to go see Dr. Marsh. He was able to squeeze me in the same day. (thank god)
I walked out of his office feeling like a million bucks. The following day I received a follow-up from Dr. Marsh himself to check on me.

Precessional office, nice location and great staff. Highly recommended doctor! I left his office relieved. I I saw 5 different health care professionals that was unable to diagnose me. I was scared that I would have a recurrent 911 back episode. Upon his assessment he assessed me in areas that the others doctors did not. And immediately diagnosed me. I had an issue I did not know I had until he pushed a pressure point during assessment. So glad I visited him and he prevented a future medical condition from getting worse. Thank you Dr. Marsh.

I have been going to Dr. Marsh for so long now that I cannot even remember. I have seen him about a number of different issues and his stated goal every time is to help me not have to come back for that issue. He has given me exercise routines, herbal remedies, and over the counter products to help me have long term solutions. His care is excellent, having tried several other chiropractors, I would encourage anyone who needs this kind of care to just try him once and he will win your business.

Dr Marsh is the best! My boyfriend and I both go to him and we always leave feeling great. He's very professional and excellent at his job. Plus the receptionists are helpful and the office is clean (with free parking). I now go twice a month for maintenance. PS you don't need insurance! First appt is $60 and the rest are $40. 10/10

When I go to a chiropractor's office, I wanna feel like I'm in a professional medical office being treated by a well-trained medical professional. That's why I go, with confidence, to Dr. Marsh for treatment. I've had a double laminectomy, several cortizone spinal shots to deal with my back pain and I have lumbar instability. So, ain't nobody messin' with my back who doesn't KNOW what they're doing.

I have had upper back pain for 2 years, especially a stabbing pain. I've been to five or six chiropractors that ranged from ok to damaging. Dr. Marsh is the only one that worked on my specific problem area. He doesn't just give you an adjustment for a few minutes. You start with a hot water bed massage with TENS. Then he does a massage with a hand massager and adjustments. He also shows you exercises you can do at home or the gym. He really goes above what others do.

Dr. Paul Marsh is such an awesome chiropractor! He really cares about his patients & does whatever he can to make sure you're getting proper treatment! Easy to talk to & honest! I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me. Workers comp. is the worst to deal with, but Dr. Marsh is always following up with them making sure it goes smoothly!
Both him & his partner Dr. Ortega are one of the best chiropractors in San Diego! Dr. Marsh is a QME & usually are on the insurance network list. Definitely recommend them if your looking for really good chiropractors

During the initial consultation, Dr. Marsh was thorough in review of medical history and detailed in measurement. Before leaving I was presented with a full report and treatment plan and noted his quickness in communication for collaboration with my other doctors

Dr Marsh saves the day again! I have had problems with a disk in my back and the only thing that helps is a visit to Dr Marsh. I start on the warm water bed massage table and then get an adjustment. And then finish up with ice or ultrasound and advice from the doctor.
Dr Marsh's office is friendly and welcoming and he has the latest and best equipment. The most important part is that he cares for each of his patients, knows their history and is knowledgeable about what each person needs.

I injured myself racing hard at San Diego International Triathlon. As a huge supporter of the local endurance space, Dr. Marsh was working the med tent and got me back to walking after the finish line.
I made several appointments with him and his professional staff to get back to training. They analyzed the cause of the injury, and didn't just treat the injury. When the pain subsided, and the injury healed, we kept it from coming back.
Dr. Marsh has all of the tools and skills to get you back in the game. He used the normal poking and prodding, but also the TENS units, and ice and compression
