Services
Our standard wheelchairs are the perfect solution to any immobility issues you might be facing. Seat width of 16-20. Maximum weight 300 lbs. All wheelchairs use vinyl fabric to allow proper cleaning and disinfecting. Our transport chairs (sometimes called companion chairs) require someone to push the user, but the benefits include lighter weight, easier to transport, and generally not as wide compared to wheelchairs.

Carlos was our salesman, he wasn't pushy, he was very informative and if he didn't know the answer to a question he and he immediately looked it up and gave us the answers. I'd highly recommend him if you go to this place. The prices they had were less than the competition and they even had a couple mobility scooters that the competition has ordered but cannot get in right now.

It’s been a couple of years since I needed CPAP supplies, and I was surprised that the store wasn’t where it used to be. But the new location is close by as well. The staff were friendly and knew just what I was looking for.
Will continue to shop there as needed and recommend them if you are in need of home medical supplies.

Keith, the person who assisted me, was kind, beyond patient and even helped me assemble peices together so that everything was ready to go fitting perfectly before I walked out of the door.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. My husband called on behalf of his father who can't speak due to having abraded vocal chords and the person he spoke to was beyond rude and said "I can't help you without a prescription" and offered no help whatsoever. If you're going to be a medical supply company, you show at least a little empathy.

This place is great, and everyone is so helpful! When you're under duress from a surgery or accident and need a walker quickly, they are very kind and accommodating. And, while they could take advantage on pricing, they are, instead, VERY reasonably priced! Have had two great experiences with them, and highly recommend.

We were visiting my family from Texas. We drove and my husband had a problem with swollen feet. We decided he'd need some compression stockings for driving. My sister-in-law suggested Youcan Toocan. We found another medical supply place that was closer so went there first. That place had 2 ladies working there, they were not friendly, were not very enthusiastic about helping, and tried to convince me that the pair of compression stockings that were labeled XL, were XXL and would fit my husband's size size 16 foot. He's 6' 7" tall. They price was $52. I did not get

Rules are good guidelines to be broken when customer service is an opportunity. My mom purchased a toilet assist product and was not able to return it in 3 days. The product was in its
Original package and they wouldn't accept a return nor did they offer a credit. This is very disappointing. We will definitely not do business here again. This is not an environment to foster customer relations. Their policy indifference is not designed to foster long term relationships and perhaps that is by design to take advantage of the elderly clientele. Shop elsewhere or online if you can.

This is an example of what a locally owned business should be. They are very customer focused and they have a good selection of items available. If they don't have something in stock, they can order it and they have a good understanding of the products they sell.

Kudos to the entire team at Youcan Toocan. My aunt shopped for a power lift chair last week. YT had many in stock and Penny and Michelle patiently educated us and helped find the best chair to fit my aunt. The delivery team was professional, friendly and spent a lot of time training my aunt how to use the remote control. Great experience! Thanks!

I can't say enough great things about this place! When my mom fell and broke her shoulder I was referred to Youcan Toocan, and I'm so glad they did. I needed a lift chair and after about 15 minutes on the phone I had a lift chair rented and scheduled for delivery on the same day, just in time for my mom to come home from the hospital, Michelle and Marvin were great...excellent customer service.

When my father in law forgot to pack his oxygen concentrator, we called Youcan Toocan. A faxed prescription later I went to pick this up. I was overwhelmed with the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. I had a list of specific items to go with it, which they got promptly for me and spent several minutes making sure I knew how to use the unit and that everything was satisfactory. While I was waiting for things from the back and to be rang up they invited me to try out the comfortable chairs in the front, which I did. The hospital rehab which gave us the Youcan Toocan catalog said we could probably get things cheaper at Walgreens or Walmart. What they forgot to mention is the value if having one of the people at YT give you help and advice.
Almost all customers in the store are there for the first time and need special assistance and advice. And, at least while I was there they all got it!
Several choices for the items I needed were set up for inspection and after the sales lady helped me choose the best one, she was easily able to show me how to use it.

Wellness??? The help is very aloof. No one can answer a question.
You can't open any of the products. I was told that I could look at the picture on the box when I tried to check the size. If you open it, you MUST buy it, oh! the best part is you can't return anything that has been opened. Forget returning anything. Opened or Sealed. With a Receipt! They charge a "RESTOCKING" fee to put an unopened product back on the shelf. Very disappointing. I will never purchase anything there again and hope I can help others from a very negative experience.
