My fiance was traveling to Denver from Wichita, KS and forgot his facemask for his CPAP machine. I Googled places and found this one so I sent him the info. He contacted them and they had what he needed, but unfortunately, they would be closed by the time he got there. They stayed an hour after closing, just so he could buy what he needed. This place has earned our business for life, whether we visit in person while in the area, or order online. This is an excellent example of AMAZING customer service!!!

Do not allow them to price gouge you on their face masks!! They were the only medical supply place I could find that had face masks in stock, and I was gullible enough to purchase a box of 50 for $50.00. I was not aware, until I started checking websites, that the 2201 Dynarex procedure face masks should only have cost me about $4.00 for a box of 50 when they were in stock at different locations!! I could have purchased a case of 12 boxes of 50 masks for $50 when they were in stock according to websites I checked. When I contacted them about this they made excuses for their pricing. I will not

Nothing overly wrong with the company, but their IT system or ordering system may not be working right.
Been sent the wrong product 2 months in a row, resulting in having to drive there and exchange the boxes. The first box was my mistake as I was a new patient. The process was easy enough to exchange, but after the first wrong box & "making sure we have the right product on file for me" I received another box with the WRONG product AGAIN. I'll see how it goes exchanging this box.

My son had surgery last year and I needed and hospital bed and a wheelchair for my son and these guys are the best...My son had his wheelchair and hospital bed before we were discharged from the hospital. They are an amazing company and they care about the clients. Thank you Home Medical 💜💜💜

WOW. This place is amazing. I stopped by on a whim to find a transport rollator for my mom. The lady there helped me try out different walkers and even offered to get the transport rollator out of the back stock off a high shelf, and get it down for me to see if I liked it. She demonstrated how it worked and all the features and let us try it around the store. This was all AFTER she knew that we had Medicare and they do not bill Medicare there. She even offered to find another place for us that takes Medicare that could get us one!!!!!!

HMS was seriously amazing today. I called nearly every medical supply store in the city and could not find a tiny toddler walking boot. They had the exact size I needed and this lovely lady sat down on the floor with me and helped me strap it on my son. What a great experience following a pretty crappy few days. I would recommend.
