When you purchase from Aspen Medical Supply we have a standard fee of $7.95 for each order mailed within the United States.
Wheelers Accessible Van Rentals and Aspen Medical Supply have extensive experience serving the needs of delegates attending the vast number of conventions held in Denver. We have a large inventory of Manual Wheelchairs, Power Wheelchairs and Scooters available for delegates whom need a little extra assitance.

My elderly mother came to stay with us for a few weeks because the caregiver for her where she lives went on vacation. We discovered my mother struggled getting up/down from a seated position. I called Aspen to rent a recliner with a power lift. 90 minutes later it was set up and in my house, clear across town from where this business is located. It isn't possible for me to be more impressed or satisfied with their service. Top notch! I'd give more than 5 stars if possible!

We purchased a used power wheelchair for my father over a year ago. About 6 months ago he started having trouble with fuses blowing. Aspen has provided extraordinary customer service during this time. They have delivered loaner chairs while they tried to fix his multiple times and ultimately traded his for a newer replacement chair when they determined his couldn't be fixed. All of this was done at no extra charge, just a business totally standing behind their products.

Absolutely horrible customer service for the second time. I had a horrible experience with a woman named Deanna previously. Well, her nasty attitude and poor customer service has NOT improved. My husband had an encounter with her today and was met with the same rudeness and lack of customer service. Absolutely appalled and advise anyone considering giving them their business to go elsewhere where it is appreciated.

If you would like a great customer experience, go somewhere else. I've bought two scooters and several batteries and accessories from Aspen over the years. My bad. Chris is a nice guy, but certainly can't remember what he tells every customer. I bought two batteries over the winter and was told "don't leave them out in the cold". I put them in the house. When I installed them a couple days ago, they were dead. I called to see if they could be exchanged and was told by the always rude woman on the phone that it was my fault for not continuously charging them while in the house. I was never told

Rented a semi-electric hospital bed for an extended stay in Highlands Ranch. Deanna was very helpful in helping to get the right bed for our needs. They delivered to the hotel, set up and picked up when our stay was over. It was set up in the room when we arrived and they picked up the day we checked out. We had absolutley no problems with it. They were flexible and worked to accommodate the dates we needed. We felt the rental rate was very reasonable. Would use them again without hestitation!

I have had ongoing problems with my Rheumatoid Arthritis in my feet and ankles especially and my doctor's office uses an air boot that doesn't not fit me at all. The frame is way too big and my whole leg moves back and forth and side to side to the extreme.
I have been to this medical supply 3 times now for different boots and they have fitted me accurately and comfortably within a matter of minutes and the cost is very reasonable. I am actually just out of another surgery today and will be using the last boot I bought from them during my recovery. It may even last through my same surgery

WHEN MY WIFE RENTED THE H-CAP VAN THE PRESIDENT. MR. CHRIS NOLAN, WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FEMALE REPRESENTATIVE STATED TO MY WIFE THAT SHE WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THE RENTAL PROCESS=IT WAS THE PRESIDENT'S BAILIWICK=THEREFORE SHE THRUST A FORM AT MY WIFE+SAID SIGN ON THESE 3 LINES, GAVE HER THE VAN KEYS +SHOWED HER HOW TO MANUALLY PUSH A SWITCH INSIDE THE VAN, WHICH IN THEORY WOULD OSTENSIBLY OPEN THE DOOR+BRING DOWN THE RAMP. IN ACTUALITY, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WHEN WE USED THE VAN. PLEASE NOTE, ABSOLUTELY NO FURTHER GUIDANCE/DIRECTION/ OR EXPLANATION WAS OFFERED/.CONGENIALLY PROVIDED BY THE SURLY COMPANY

Equipment ordered did not fit our fixture. Returning within the 20 day return period was virtually impossible after calling their toll free number which forces one through a barrage of product endorsements and then notifies of a change in the toll free number. Voice recognition was poor and not "bypassable." Ultimately, I used the local number in Colorado and had a somewhat rude interaction with the representative staffing the phone.

I called to buy a wheelchair. When I described what I needed to the woman who answed the phone she told me that they were not going to do that! With a tone of indignation. Then I got a very nice message from a gentleman stating how it could be done, but that the modle he had in stock was a childs size, and for me to call him back. When I called him back, she wouldn't let me speak to him!
