If I could give a zero I would. If you care about your loved ones stay away from here!! I needed a wheelchair and hospital bed for my wife who was in a horrible car accident. Olga was so rude acted like I was bothering her and hung up on me. This place is a joke!

This place is a joke, I would have given it 0 stars if I could have. I recently had back surgery. When I got home from the hospital, I realized I was in need of a raised toilet seat and a shower bench. When I initially called this place, I was told I would receive the items in a week and a half, which-in of itself-is ridiculous. I needed the equipment immediately. Fastforward to today. It’s now been one MONTH since I had my surgery and I have told my doctors to not attempt to do business with this place anymore because I never received the bench or the toilet seat. I had a few back and forths

HORRIBLE !!! ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRST LANGUAGE EITHER !! SHAME ON YOU OLGA YOU ARE BEYOND RUDE. PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES NEEDS IN THIS PLACE. I SUGGEST MEDSTUFF THEY WERE SO HELPFUL

Rude. You best bring a translator because I spoke english and they didn't understand me. I called them and told them I had humana and I needed them to build me a chair. They said they dont take humana. Humana tells me they do. I call back, get the schpeal about how theyre a small business and cant do it. I say, "I can bill back humana i got medicaid what is the problem? They tell me they cant do it.
In these times a small business would work with you.
I didn't take my signal flags or my marine corps hand signals sheet along and even though it was on the phone I'm sure it wouldnt have hurt. I

The people there are rude and money hungry! Their products are cheaply made, and they don't even last a year. I ordered a shower chair that cracked on the edge of the seat area, and the legs of it doesn't stay up they have to keep being tightened because the screws are stripped. They told me that they were going to have to get authorization for another one. First of all shower chairs last for like 2 years or more sometimes longer. They should've replaced it due to it being 8 months old and already broken. I can tell that the plastic used to make it was old, and that's why it didn't last. Of course

The ladies up front are the best. Couldn't find anyone better to deal with the public!!!! Help is always there. Thank you all so much ladies you are so great and guy's thank you for always loading stuff into my car ❤️.

This place is a joke, I have been working with them off and on. The first things I got from them were pretty acceptable, but the last two things I got were horrible. I tried to make them work, but they were so inferior that they were UNSAFE! The shower bench and shower head are horrible. I didn’t want to be a complainer and tried and tried to make the bench work, but put it in the closet as it is unsafe. The shower head is a cheap joke! Everyone has told me to call and complain and get A replacement. So now I can no longer even try to make the bench work (it is in new condition), IT IS UNSAFE

The people are actually really nice! I am so thankful to them for allowing me to intern. They speak Russian and Spanish too. Nice store, lots of products!
