Comments: We allow two pets maximum per apartment. Cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Fees due upon move-in. 1 Cat + 1 Dog = 200 deposit + 300 non-refundable fee, pet rent 55/month. Other small and caged animals allowed. Comments: 1 Cat = 200 deposit + 100 non-refundable fee, pet rent 15/month or 2 Cats = 200 deposit + 200 non-refundable fee, pet rent 30/month.

We were in need of a short-term lease and ended up at Regency Woods- we had an outstanding experience overall. In fact, we wish we had moved here sooner!
The location is wonderful, walking distance to Lunds & Byerlys, Target, and Ridgedale, and the trails behind the complex are perfect for any runners or dog-lovers. We really enjoyed the opportunity to walk in the natural lands and even had a great view of nature from one of our bedrooms! The grounds are extremely well-kept and beautiful. Additionally, the complex is conveniently close to the highway, which makes getting to-and-from work easy

Regency Woods is a great place to live at. However, an apartment is only as good as its management. I absolutely recommend against this place or anything managed by Bigos Management.
If you want to live here, please be aware of the following:
Rent will increase year over year. It's not a simple rent term based on the type of unit you would be interested, the rent can increase or decrease based on your length of stay. But you can definitely overpay for a shorter or longer lease. This will also change depending on the time of the year you apply.

We lived in this apartment for 4+ years and recently moved out of 1-303. Lot of issues with the apartment. They are very nice to you when you rent an apartment. But their behavior is totally the opposite and they try to mint as much money as they can when you move out. If you want to have a peaceful rental experience, do not stay here!

I toured Regency Woods as my first stop of 15. Needless to say, it was a busy two weeks. I wanted to cover all my bases before signing, and while all the prices were within the same range ($1,400-$1,550), it was the leasing agent that sealed the deal. Emily was incredibly helpful from the moment I met her. That plus the amenities is why I chose Regency Woods!

Do not rent unit 2230 - 307 (building 3) or any unit on the 3rd floor for that matter. I have lived here for 4 years and the roof has continually leaked year after year due to ice dams. Management finally admitted to me this year, they are aware of the issue and know what needs to be done (replace HVAC system), but this update will not happen anytime in the near future. Each year when the leak happens, maintenance drills a hole in my ceiling to let air get through and "dry" out the ceiling before patching it back up. Since this is only putting a bandaid on the issue, I can only image the amount

My favorite apartment I’ve ever had! It’s been 3 months of living here, and I absolutely love my new home! It’s peaceful, safe, and professionally managed. I have a lot of questions, especially in the beginning of living in a new space, and the staff have been gracious and efficient with every inquiry. The maintenance team is outstanding. The property itself is gorgeous. My neighbors are courteous and respectful. This place has everything I need. I will enjoy living here for a very long time.

Essi is the reason I decided to move here after I toured because she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Always enjoyed seeing her in the office with her hairstyle of the week, her beautiful smile and fun outfits. Everyone in the office is so friendly and super helpful. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, I loved the location… and I really loved the vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. I WILL MISS THE FIREPLACE SO MUCH! The entire staff is welcoming, attentive & seem to care about us as residents.We chose Regency Woods after exploring many other senior & regular apartments in-person & on-line. In the 9 months we've lived here, we appreciate the 30 acres of nicely kept grounds & a feeling of safety, the year-round pool, the tennis courts, that pets are welcome,… that no smoking is allowed in the individual units or buildings, the excellent maintenance & cleanliness of the buildings, that each unit has it's own washer & dryer & our unit comes with heated underground parking so
