I offer one-on-one and small group personal training and group fitness classes for all fitness levels. We'll work on strength training, cardio endurance, flexibility, and stability and mobility. Each program is individualized for you because no two people are the same.

Chronic back, knee, hip, or shoulder pain can make you feel like you can't walk across the room, much less exercise, but the reality is that movement and exercise are great for helping to alleviate pain and regain your life.If you've had a previous surgery or are just leaving physical therapy, you need a personal trainer skilled in working with clients experiencing pain and range of motion issues.
Services
I'm a native New Yorker, who has been living in the Atlanta area with my husband and dogs for more than a decade. I spent my previous career in marketing. Fitness has always been a part of my life-volleyball, dance, weight training, and martial arts-so it was quite a blow when I was sidelined by debilitating pain from a ruptured disk in my spine.
I'll create an individualized exercise program for you, no matter what your fitness level. We'll do an initial assessment and will track all your progress. One-on-one or small group training is available. I also teach group fitness classes that are challenging, effective, and fun! Contact me if your recreation center, community center, or church is looking to add classes.
