I’ve been working out with Carla for years. She is organized, punctual, and gives the best full body workout that I have ever experienced. Cardio and strength training, full body, that’s what my body needs. That’s what I get.

I came to Carla for a free consultation last Saturday morning. I specifically asked about virtual services because I have a home gym and a very busy schedule that won't allow for multiple in-person gym visits in a week. She stated that I NEEDED to come into the gym because of what she wanted and that she didn't offer virtual services for this particular "program". I signed up and paid $1440 via Zelle. We agreed that I would start workouts and meal plans (the paid services) on Monday.

I went home that evening and reviewed my schedule to try to find room for these visits and

I’ve been training with Carla for a few months now, and she is the best trainer I’ve ever had! She’s knowledgeable, passionate, consistent, professional, and dedicated. I have been with Carla for 10 years training with her. I must say she is a great, tenacious, professional and a hard worker. She’s very detail and result oriented and I am happy when go to see Carla for my workout. You do work hard, but you can see the results, so am I would recommend anyone who is looking to lose weight feel great be fit to see Carla.
