I've only been with you guys for a short time, but so far so good? I've found your team to be efficient, thorough, responsive, and easy to work with. I've always done my own property management until recently, and I think I'm hooked. I now live in a different state, and your charge, to me, is worth the headaches you save the homeowner in dealing with the maintenance issues. The speed with which you found new tenants (at the start of a pandemic) when I needed it, saved me a month or two of rental income had I tried to manage the job from another state. My family have several properties managed by Robert and his team at Countryside PM. They have been excellent at screening tenants, being transparent about costs, and are responsive to emails and calls. They also treat tenants very fair which I think is really important to keeping tenants happy. I love this PM!!!! We have been with them for almost 5 years, and they have hands down been the best property management. We've had terrible experiences with Liberty, but as soon as we switched over here everything has been great. They are so responsive, and when you need something explained to you, they explain it in detail!!! No hidden fees, nothing! Not to mention, everyone is so nice.

Before countryside, I was handling the property myself and had problems from the tenants paying rent.
I did some research and countryside had the top review so I called Robert and then Jason. They took care the problem quickly and found a new tenant with very short down time.
Most time I was talking to Jason for my property and he was very easy to work with. The experience with countryside has been very good. highly recommend.

I signed up with Countryside Property Management in early July, 2019. Prior to this I had been with another management company that epitomized all the bad things one hears about such companies. As I am remote and could not supervise their work except by telephone and internet. When I did go to the property, I was shocked. Due to their mismanagement and inattention, I was confronted with over $20K of bills to bring the house up to rentable condition.

So far my experience has been great. I signed up with them a few months ago after my previous property management company appeared stagnant and uninterested in maintaining our property. Robert and Jason worked together to get the house cleaned up and rented at a higher rate within a month. They work very efficiently. Hopefully, this great customer service continues . Been using country side for almost a year now and no complaints at all. They are very professional and have been in the business for a while. The fee for service is reasonable and they are very good at communicating through email. I always get my Tenants rent on time and they are good about communications between owner and Tenant.
I did my research before using them and the were the best in town all other company's gouge u with fees for this and that....at Country Side they are very strait forward.

This is second time around I have great experience with countryside property management. Being a happy previous client, I didn't think a second when I needed a property manager in the valley!
