Has your life become increasingly complicated and chaotic? You may feel overwhelmed and stressed out by it all. Maybe you are up at night worrying about what tomorrow will bring and whether you will be able to cope. You may be in a relationship but have grown apart and want to reconnect in a more intimate way.
Perhaps you feel lonely and want to develop more meaningful relationships in your life. Maybe you have lost someone or gone through a difficult experience. Or maybe you feel down and just can't figure out why. You may be a teen having trouble making friends, fitting in, struggling to find your place in the world.

Services
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#84042). My goal is to help you improve your relationships, develop a stronger sense of connection with others, learn to manage stress, and feel more hopeful about the future. I have experience working with children, adolescents, parents, families and groups.
You feel lonely and disconnected. You want to feel close to people, yet can't quite open up to others. You feel like no one understands, people think you are weak or dramatic or just not grateful for what you have. You may be depressed. You are not sleeping or you are sleeping all the time. You are up all night worrying or struggling to get out of bed in the morning.
In this group, you will learn about cultivating authenticity, self-compassion, resilience, gratitude, and joy. We will discuss feelings of never being, having, and doing enough and about striving for perfection. We will talk about the myth that vulnerability is weakness and how, in fact, it is our best measure of courage and the birthplace of love, connection, and belonging.

Holly is a really wonderful therapist and has helped me in a number of ways. She is encouraging without pushing me to do things I am not ready to take on. She has helped me get off Zoloft and identify my next steps to feel happier in my relationships. I really appreciate all the support she has provided to me over the past year and feel I am moving in the right direction!
