I Do Alterations

I highly recommend I Do Alterations. Laura was very responsive and easy to work with. The first time I met with her she pinned all of the parts of the dress that needed altered. Then I went back for a follow up visit and she made a few more adjustments. Then I went back for my final fitting. It turned out absolutely perfect!!

Laura did an AMAZING job on my wedding gown! She made sure it was absolutely perfect before I took it home, and made the bustle extra simple to make it easy on my bridesmaids. :) Not to mention the great job she did on my mom's, mother-in-law's, and bridesmaid's dresses!

Very happy with the results from my bridesmaid dress alteration. The dress was too long on me, and needed to be hemmed. The material was a a chiffon layer over the lining. Surely something I couldn't have hemmed myself without thoroughly destroying it! However, Laura came to my rescue and hemmed it perfectly. I have other dresses I would like altered, and I will most certainly come back here. Prices are very reasonable, the turn around time was fantastic, and Laura is very friendly. :)

Absolutely loved the work that she did on my dress and veil! I had to have my dress taken in a lot and my veil to be pretty much cut up and re-positioned in a certain way. She listened to everything i wanted and really made everything turn out EXACTLY the way I wanted it. She communicated well, set dates for completion and she was always prompt on keeping those days. She has a cute little private fitting room in her home and she takes extra care in making sure the alterations are perfect. I highly recommend her!

Laura altered my wedding gown - it was a two piece :) she did such a wonderful job. She was able to make it fit perfectly and she added buttons so the skirt would attach to the corset!! She made me feel so comfortable and she is so professional!!!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!

I had a bridesmaid dress that I needed to have altered. The lining of the dress was too tight and bunched up around the hips making the dress look ill fitted.
I contacted Laura and she replied in a timely manner. She informed me that she was booked for prom season, but that she would be happy to work with my dress after. She made sure to keep me informed about her schedule and was quick to have my dress ready on the agreed time.
Her business is run out of her home, which is clean and inviting as well as private.

Laura was amazing. I was a little sketched out at first because she runs her business out of her home but the service couldn't have been any better. I had her hem a dress for a party, she charged $20. She was very professional and courteous. Though she doesn't accept credit cards, only cash or check, I was quite alright with that. I would recommend her and I will go back to her again if I ever need anything fixed again.
