It has taken me awhile to write this up, it was a hard for me. But, I do think this funeral home should be recognized. They were so helpful when my husband passed away. I was 29 and pretty much at my last nickel when it happened. They went out of their way to help me and his family. While the other funeral homes were all about money, Charter was about us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What a wonderful team of people! They were so compassionate to me, my family, and especially my Dad. Every single person at this funeral home was nice and sincere, we could not have asked for more. They truly care about the person that has passed and treated us as if we were family. Thank you again for making this so easy during a hard time.

I'm not sure what we would have done without the help of Charter. My Dad passed away in 2004 with no life insurance. At the time, we only had one funeral home in the county that we lived in. Before Dad's passing I visited the funeral home in which was in our county. They were no help. They could not give specific prices for their services. After Dad's passing someone suggested Charter Funeral Home. There at Charter they had a brochure that listed pricing ie: embalming etc. We were able to rent a oak casket in which Dad was viewed in. After, the viewing Dad was cremated and we as a family were able

OUR FAMILY USED TO USE ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME FOR OVER 40+ YEARS AND WHEN OUR MOTHER PASSED WE SWITCHED TO CHARTER FUNERAL HOME AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. WE HAVE USED THEM EVER SINCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY WORKED WITH US AND MADE EVERYTHING SO EASY. WHEN YOU ARE MAKING PLANS TO BURY A LOVED ONE, IT IS HARD ENOUGH BUT THEY MAKE IT BEARABLE BY TAKING CARE OF THE DETAILS.

We couldn't have been happier with the service we received at Charter. Mr Burdett was with us every step of the way. He went over our options with us and explained everything in detail. He is an exceptional coordinator, managing the entire process from beginning to end and promptly communicating the details with all parties. He did lots of "little things" that meant a lot to us; we truly received personal service. We were extremely impressed and highly recommend him.
