We provide staging consultations to home sellers who seek our expertise in order to compete their home staging project on their own. Our team delivers and beautifully arranges furniture, accessories, rugs, lighting, and other decor used in your home staging project. In two to three days, your home will be completely staged and ready for professional photos and Open House day.
Home staging helps homes sell faster and brings higher offers. According to the National Association of Realtors, 49% of buyer's agents reported that home staging had an impact on their buyer's view of the home. In today's housing market, standing out from the competition is essential. Many potential buyers view homes online before touring them.

So, I’m the kind of person who doesn’t take the time to write a really nice review on a company and I’m glad Pippin wowed me so much that I have to.
Pippin and her team are just beyond great to work with from start to even after the job is done.
We used her company to stage our home so we could have it help with a closing. To be honest, I was totally skeptical on how just setting up some stuff in the house would make it sell quickly. Well, we ended up having 4-5 offers in 48 hours and ended up selling 10k above asking. I can’t help but think that Pippin’s set up in our home helped quite

We hired Tampa Staging and Design to help us stage a house we were trying to sell while still living in it.
At our introductory meeting, after listening to our needs, Pippin recommended a blend of staging and new purchases. She went through each room with me and discussed how it would be arragned. She created a list of the pieces I would buy and what she would stage. She sent picture suggestions for each item on my "to buy" list and worked with me to pick pieces I never would have thought to buy, but that I love and am excited to have in my new house.
