Dwell is proud to be the most awarded staging company in Florida, earning 19 national awards since our inception in 2015. We set and surpass industry standards in staging design, client service, and efficient process, all while having a blast doing it! I graduated from the Art Institute of Tampa in 2013 (agh 8 years ago!) with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
First, staging is not a cost, it's an INVESTMENT. Very, very rarely do our sellers not MAKE MONEY by staging with Dwell. Picture the money you invest in staging as being deposited in the bank or a low-risk investment account. Staging is designing a home as a PRODUCT. Interior Design is designing a home for a PERSON. Our award-winning staging is cultivated by years of interior marketing experience, real estate and buyer psychology knowledge, and over 200 hours of industry continuing education per year. While we may not select furniture and decor pieces to YOUR taste, rest assured we are carefully curating a stage that will help you SELL FASTER, FOR MORE MONEY.
Dwell is proud to offer varied vacant staging packages customized to the seller's target market and budget and the home's design style. While many staging companies simply place some furniture in a home for "staging" or over-design with too many decor elements, Dwell takes a "mini-model home" approach.
Not all staging companies cater to the luxury market. High-end properties require sophisticated design concepts and a keen eye for how a luxury buyer aspires to live. Let Dwell tell your elite buyer's story. We hand-select pieces from our luxury lines, which are replenished often to fill our 8,000 sf warehouse.

All employees were personable and professional, from the salesperson to the stager. They did an excellent job of staging the house, which undoubtedly played a big role in getting a quick, full asking price, sale. The decor was tastefully done and brought emphasis to all the positive aspects of the house…..open floor plan; lighting; etc. I would definitely use Dwell for any future sales. The money expended was well worth it. Thank you Dwell Home Staging!!!

Kristina & her team did a fabulous job staging my condo….I actually had second thoughts about selling when I saw the results! It looked amazing & the first person that was was shown my condo after it was staged, ending up purchasing it. Thanks for a great experience from the e-mail request, so the day they removed the staging. I will definitely use them again.

Great selection of reasonably priced art and furniture.
The customer service is great and they serve wine while you shop :-) I purchased a few pieces of furniture and art that I thought could fit in my car but I was soooo wrong. Recognizing my dilemma, they offered to deliver it to me same day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
It's independently owned.
I highly recommend Dwell for all of your furniture needs.

Dwell Home Staging has helped me transform homes that I am selling for my clients. One home, they even did twice since a deal fell through at the very last minute due to financing--they re-staged and this time we went from a very cool 1960's vibe that showcased the house as it was (mid-century mod) and they used more contemporary furniture for the second go 'round. It went back under contract immediately. They honor appointments and are very easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Dwell did an outstanding job on staging my condo. If I could score 10,000 stars, I would. When I first walked into the condo after the staging was completed, my mouth dropped and I was in awe. It was so beautiful that I had a fleeting moment of - "this place is so gorgeous, why am I selling it?!" I posted initial photos online for my friends who equally had their socks knocked off! The (small) investment in staging paid off in dividends. A cash offer was received within the first week of listing at 97% of asking price. All of this immediately after Hurricane Irma sweeping through the State of Florida
