I am so happy I went with Cardinal Designs! They were everything I wanted for the right price. I started flipping houses and this time I did a house in Seminole Heights. I wanted a very specific look. There's a lot of staging companies out there. The majority of them charge exorbitant amounts, and besides, Rebecca's style was absolutely perfect for my vision.. She has such a gorgeous and refined sense of style that she tops with just the perfect amount of edginess to be on top the trends. We had a rental house for sale for 6 months with very little traffic - our realtor told us staging didn't make that much difference. Finally we ignored him and went ahead and called Rebecca and WOW! What an astounding difference her staging made! It was amazing! We sold the house a few weeks later and it was all due to the beautiful staging she did. I will use her company with the rest of my houses as I sell them!

I contacted Cardinal Designs to stage an investment property I was having trouble selling, 24hrs later the home was beautifully staged and ready for showings. Home was staged for only 2 days and I received a full price offer after it sitting on the market for 4 months with no staging. Our company, North Point Homes has used Cardinal several times for staging our new homes. They are very responsive and easy to work with. Rebecca is very in tuned with the Tampa market and the latest interior design trends. She is able to make the most of a space and really make our houses feel like a home. Now, less than 30 days after she started we are planning for her removal of the furniture/decorations. Our closing is imminent.
