This is the finest catering company I have dealt with. Nobody does a better brunch! Pretty sure everyone at the event was impressed with the food. Best omelette I’ve had for sure! I would definitely come back for more. If you need a caterer in Orange County, this is the way to go.

The Models do a great job. Easy to work with in planning and then on day of our event exactly as promised. Our guests were sincerely impressed and thankful. Cris and Ci Ci worked our brunch and could not have done a better job. The food was delicious, coffee hot and tasty! On time, beautiful set-up, delightful to our guests, and worked hard to please. And the break down equally pleasant. Just a delight. Don't hesitate.

I had the best experience using Mr. Omelette for my post wedding brunch! The chefs showed up on time, were friendly to my guests, and prepared delicious food. The presentation was beautiful and the staff entertained all of my guests! Jennifer helped me plan everything down to the last detail and David was on top of the entire event and made sure it got executed perfectly! Would recommend using Mr. Omelette to anyone!!

Very happy with this catering company! We ordered the omelette bar, salad, and bagels for my sisters baby shower brunch. I had smoked salmon, spinach, tomato, and feta cheese in my omelette. Also, the salad was extremely fresh and beautifully presented. Not only was my sister pleased, but our guests were very impressed by the professionalism from the food and the people involved. I definitely recommend Mr. Omelette for your next event.

Fantastic and caring service. The event I attended was catered by Mr. Model and his crew, a fantastic bunch of people. I was impressed that breakfast catering could be done so creatively. The hot foods were hot and the cold foods were cold. I liked the crapes, in particular. And they were extremely helpful!

I had a very special birthday party with important guests from all over the USA. After speaking with David at Mr. Omelette, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to supply me with so many "special" demands. Satisfying appetites form New York, Kentucky and California.
My guests raved about the omelettes, salad, coffee and most importantly, the staff. David provided me with professional servers and a chef that was ready to please my guests. They arrived early to set up and it was beautiful. They stayed late to clean up and I was impressed.
