One Yoga Center, located near charming Olde Town Arvada in Colorado, was founded by Chelle Atma Devi & Dave as a place of healing & community for all. It is a place for everyONE to reconnect with their joy & well-being while cultivating radiant health, happiness & strength. The studio is a space to breathe where you will be continually guided back to your center & your bliss.
One Healing was founded as a place of radiant health & rejuvenation for all. It is a space for everyONE to heal & reconnect - a place of stillness & reflection where you will be returned to optimal health & your natural state of being. Adding Healing modalities to your Yoga & Tribal Belly Dance practices will increase the benefits of all your efforts & bring a complete system of well-being, restoration, & transformation.
We will require that your temperature be taken upon your arrival & a waiver ensuring you & no one you've been in contact with in the last 14-days has been ill be signed. There will be no bathroom facilities available or props provided so please plan accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience. You will be required to maintain the minimum social distance standard of 6-feet at all times from all other participants & instructors.

At One Yoga Center we offer both group & private instruction in Hatha/Raja Yoga & have extensive experience working with all levels of practitioners.

Teacher Training Review from Yoga Alliance
In regards to the concept of "identifying issues in students and creating balance", I would assess that Tracey's 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Modules properly manage this. Tracey's teaching style is a combination of long standing knowledge, experience, and practice, as well as the innate and intuitive gift of getting through to teachers on a level that resonates with how they receive and retain information. I would assert that assessing a student's needs came through, primarily, in her Module, "Creating Balance: Embracing Eastern Methods." Tracey

I just recently came back from The Sacred Journey retreat in Peru with Tracey, and I don’t think any words can do this experience justice or truly articulate how meaningful this trip was to me and all of the women who joined. Tracey was the ultimate spiritual guide but was also flexible and understanding of everyone’s differences and needs. She was always there at the right place and the right time with tidbits of wisdom and guidance that enhanced our experience of the country’s most sacred sites. Everything about One Yoga Center, Sacred Journeys is magic because of one person.. Tracey!! Every time I experience a class or an adventure with you it’s pure magic. I recently had the honor of going to Peru guided by Tracey and with 9 women all with different personalities and needs Tracey remained the neutral buffer so every one could enjoy and experience the journey!
