The ancient art & science of East Asian Medicine & acupuncture offers an encompassing lens in which to see the wholeness & integration of how ones mind, body and spirit can be most harmonious when ones energy (also known as "Qi") is freely flowing and full of life.

Melissa's refined and gentle acupuncture techniques come from the synthesis of her Japanese acupuncture style, Five Element influences as well as the Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques that she has studied during her course work in China.Her soft & soothing ways allow for the experience of acupuncture to be calming & settling to ones nervous system and bring an overall sense of peace and equanimity to our inner & outer landscapes.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful hands-on treatment for body and mind. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is generally light and still. The work is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system. This is the system that directs your internal and external experience in the world.
Psychotherapy is the process of becoming aware of your blind spots, emotional "triggers", and hidden unconscious agendas. Awareness is the key to change, it gives you choice. Psychotherapy empowers you to heal yourself, get out of your own way and become more conscious about your actions. I use a combination of somatic therapy (body focused), meditation, talk, energy psychology and creativity to create the change you need.
