Reflex Gymnastics

Let me start, 2 years ago I was at reflex I had loved it there, the only thing is it wasn't that clean and service was just awful. 2 years ago I was in class when I feel down off the trampoline and then broke my clavicle( that is near wear your shoulder is for the people who don't know) One of the employee's comes up and says continue the class. He has also said ,"oh you just fell it will be better" I rated this 1 one star because there was no option for a 0 star. Please parents take my advice and be careful where you put your children .

What a wonderful experience! I wish I remembered the girls upfront who helped me but from the moment I first called in I was so impressed. We had no idea what we wanted as it was my sons first experience but she was SO informative! She was able to get us in to try to it out same day and even went above and beyond when we got there and there was an issue. Once we got in all the staff was so friendly and they made sure I had a spot close by so I can watch. The coaches were amazing with my son who was very nervous and let him take it as his own pace and I was able to see him get out his shell like

Do no enroll your children in the ninja class. They do not learn anything. The coaches who teach the class arent qualified to teach and cannot do the moves nor show them.
All they do is stretch, throw the kids on the course, and let them run wild. The kids dont learn how to do moves correctly and they just run around doing random things.
The course also stays the same each week, and the kids get very bored. I see kids laying down and sitting since the course is so repetitive. They do the same little things for 30 mins then switch to another boring thing for another.

Coach Kaitlyn and Coach Hannah are amazing for my 4 year old as well as Coach Brianne for my 7 year old. We are happy and they love their classes! Thank you for taking pride on what you do! 😊

If I could rate zero or negative stars I would!! My daughter has been attending Reflex for eight years.
Recently an incident happened to her at the gym. I tried calling the gym, but received no answer. I then emailed the owner, and my email was disregarded and ignored. I had to recall the gym to asked to speak to him. He never returned my phone call, and hid behind the computer to send me an email. I responded to his email, and have yet to receive a phone call or another email regarding the incident.
I cannot believe we have been treated this way after all the money we have spent, and the loyalty

Reflex is absolutely AMAZING! The owners have truly created a perfect place to help kids learn and grow through their passion for gymnastics and health. From weekly classes to after school, camps and even birthday parties, this place truly has it all! I highly recommend Reflex Gymnastics!

We went to a trial class and we did not feel welcome, we were sitting in a corner waiting for something to happen. They had no sense of urgency, no communication, the teacher never asked if we were new, If my daughter was there for a class.

Great place for kids to expend some energy, gain strength, flexibility, or even gain awesome competitive skills!

My daughter is in intermediate level. she loves all of her coaches. She feels respected and seen.

We love Coach Kiki and Coach Makayla! Our 3 year-old loves coming to gymnastics and we’ve seen a big improvement in her coordination and listening skills. She always has so much fun! Our son does ninja class and they really push the message to never give up!

We had the opportunity to attend a gymnastics clinic... The class was on point. It exited our expectations... The staff was nice, cordial and really new what they were teaching. Each child received personal advise and were criticized constructively to help them grow... The installation was clean and well set up. There were bathrooms available and water fountain too. It was a very well put class. They had the time to divide the kids accordingly to skill level, so that really was a plus.
Only " but " for us. There was an unpleasant smell that day. So i wont really talk much about it...

We switched to Reflex about a year & a half ago and have absolutely loved it. We have to drive 45 min one way but it is absolutely worth it. The gym staff are friendly & know the students by name. Our Coach, Coach Rich has taught our son so many new things in the TNT program, on excellent equipment. If you try this gym out you will not be disappointed 😊

Overly crowded with nowhere to sit. No way to view your child at all times. After school program seems disorganized and unsupervised. My daughter liked it. It always smells like stinky feet and I wonder if they are cleaning it.

We love it. They are very knowledgeable about the levels they are handling.we have been there a year. They don't rush young bodies not ready to do things hence it keeps injuries down . And we are excited about the upconing year. Yeh!!! Love it!!

Awesome place for your kid to do gymnastics!! Highly recommend it! Staff are very nice and professional.
