She has made it possible to continue enjoying all the physical activities I love even through various sport related injuries. She is above and beyond the call of duty in terms of being available to patients after hours by phone.

Lower back pain is one of the most common medical complaints, causing significant discomfort, debility, and disability. That's because the lower back is used in so many of our daily actions, including lifting, bending, reaching and even sitting and standing. The lower back forms part of the body's core and is responsible not only for activities involving strength but also for those involving balance and stability.
The neck has a big job to do; not only does it provide the main pathway for nerve pathways from the brain to the spine and the rest of the body, but it also has to support the head - all 11 pounds of it! Plus, it needs to turn and twist in multiple ways all day long. With so many strains and stresses, it's no wonder neck pain is a common complaint.
Chiropractic treatment could offer the solution if chronic pain is one of your PTSD symptoms. Manual manipulation of the spine and other joints in the body have been around for a long time. Ancient writings from China and Greece dating between 2700 B.C. and 1500 B.C. mention spinal manipulation and the maneuvering of the lower extremities to ease low back pain.
Hip pain is especially common as we get older. The primary causes are poor posture, low back ailments including poor spinal alignment, arthritis, standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time, and repetitive stress injuries, as well as injuries from car accidents, falls, and sports activities. Carrying heavy bags can also cause hip pain by "throwing" your spine out of alignment and creating an excessive and unnatural distribution of weight.
The foot contains more than two dozen bones and many joints, not to mention muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves and blood vessels, and a problem in any of these areas can result in debilitating foot pain. Many types of foot pain occur as a result of injury, strain, ill-fitting shoes, fallen arches, arthritis or irritation and inflammation.

I've visited so many chiropractors, doctors, and PTs over the years for my back pain, but none have ever given me the level of care as Dr. Bialo has. She truly cares about each of her patients, always checking in to see how I'm doing, always making herself available if I'm in pain and need to come in for an office visit. I call her my "magical healer" because that's what she has really been for me. Without any forceful adjustments, and an incredibly gentle manner, I always walk out of her office with my back feeling a million times better and with a feeling of mental

Dr Bialo's non-force chiropractic changed my life and my relationship with my body. I went to her 10 years ago with two herniated discs in my back. I was in a lot of chronic pain that dominated my life. Other doctors said that only surgery would help me. After 10 months of weekly adjustments with Dr. Bialo, my condition improved dramatically. I moved to a period of keeping monthly maintenance with her, then onto seeing her when I have specific problems. I still call on her when I have new issues. But I am no longer in chronic pain and my overall understanding and appreciation towards how my

I first started going to Dr. Bialo when I was 9 years old and I broke my tail bone at summer camp. Almost 30 years later I continue to visit for every single injury, ache, and pain that I have. This includes a broken collar bone, herniated disc, and just your regular daily creaks. She continues to heal me in ways that allow me to do every and any physical activity that I want to. I have sent my husband and numerous friends to her as a testament to her abilities. Dr Bialo's bedside manner is phenomenal and no one knows my body quite like she does.

I've been seeing Dr Biallo for 30 years. Her non force techniques have my relieved back pain and other issues every time. When my back is out no one does it better. I've tried other chiropractors before this who used the regular twisting and cracking techniques and would never use that again. Non invasive, gentle techniques are just as effective. She's the best!

Dr. Bialo is an extraordinarily skillful practitioner. Intuitive and kind, she is present for her patients in a way that defies the impersonal, fast-paced care that is the hallmark of so many doctor's offices today. Dr. Bialo combines both traditional and non-traditional therapeutic methods to advance a multi-dimensional approach to healing and wellness. There are not enough stars to adequately score her level of ability and compassion.

Amazing Chriopractor with healing hands! Dr. Bialo helped me immensely after I was totally out of alignment after giving birth and I wasn't able to sit without pain in my lower back. The pain was gone after the first one to two visits. I continued going for years on and off and she navigated me through a herniated disc issue that has been resolved. She is not only a great Chiropractor, but also a wonderfully caring person and Doctor who takes her time and looks at the patient as a whole. I never met a Doctor so attentive as Dr. Bialo and I highly recommend her to everyone. Whoever I sent to

Ellen has magic hands, she is a truly gifted and caring professional. Non-force chiro technique has done wonders for me and many other performing arts professionals as well as others I've referred to Dr. Bialo from many walks of life. Generous with her time. Convenient location near express subways. Great healer!

Feeling very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Ellen Bialo a few weeks ago when trying to find someone to help with neck and back pain. Although I have only been treated by her for the past two weeks, I am confident that I have found someone that I will look to in the future whenever I am in pain. Including this very morning, I have left each visit feeling much better than when I arrived. However, I believe it is her warm and genuine demeanor, educational approach, the non-force techniques she uses AND her willingness to truly go above and beyond to help her patients is what differentiates

By far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. Her non-force techniques work extremely well. She has gotten me through so many sports related injuries and her adjustments and treatments have allowed me to continue doing them while working around them. Shr is also above and beyond the call of duty in terms of being available by phone after hours.
