Wellington is a beautiful complex! Every employee I’ve met has been warm, welcoming, and helpful! My apartment is so well appointed, cleverly laid out, and homey! The closet space is generous and there are electrical outlets everywhere I need them! The appliances are very nice and in good working order! My needs have been met with courtesy and efficiency! I would recommend Wellington to anyone looking for a pleasant move in experience, and I’m happy to be making it my home!

The only issue I have with this place is the AC, it never works, maintenance comes and "fixed it" but nothing, as right now we have been without AC for 4 days and all I get is wait a couple of days to see if it works, In the meantime the temperature in the appartment has been in the upper 80 and 90. This is Florida.

Where I live it's quiet, very pleasant and beautiful parks are next door. Office and personal are always friendly and efficient. The pool is beautiful, although, I'm an Ocean lover and mostly don't use it. The only problem has been the trash, just left by kids or raccoons (it's wooded) but most always taken care of by the great maintenance people. Have to say, it's really nice to open the windows and just enjoy the afternoon sometimes.
