I've been going here for years. They have always been responsive, fair, and done excellent work. I go back time after time because I trust them. This place broke my TPMS sensor and claimed it's wear and tear. I told them "how come 3-4 weeks after YOU replacing my tires, that specific TPMS sensor started throwing a fault?" and they said "it's wear and tear, they break on their own". Yeah right, I have 30k miles on that brand new car, I drove 30k miles without any issues whatsoever, and after BFL replacing that tire, it suddenly broke on its own. Sensors breaking after shops replace your tires is a *very common* occurrence. Don't believe me? Google it! Still don't believe me? Go ask any dealer mechanic how many customers they get with bad

This shop definitely beats the big box tire shops in my opinion. Their Prices are outstanding and very competitive, but more importantly the well rounded team here is very knowledgeable and experienced. It's been a while since I've walked into any automotive location and felt like everybody there came to work that day for me not for a paycheck. Friendly attitudes, and VERY clean shop, and certainly a comfortable experience. (and didn't break the wallet) But there's more, the cherry on top was certainly the conversation they had with me regarding some suspension components

I recently had four tires installed on my wife's Cadillac at this shop after being referred to them by Costco, who didn't have the tires I needed in stock. I would have given a higher rating because their service was fine, they were responsive, etc but I asked them to replace the tire pressure sensors in my vehicle because one of them had gone bad and I figured it was time to replace them. I was told that they would cost $89 a piece, plus another $45 to program them. I was told that the dealer charges much more, so even though I thought the price was a bit steep, they made me feel like

Brought my 2017 Outback to get serviced here. Left with a low oil light, but I figured it was just a false positive due to the oil change. Later checked the dipstick and found it to be completely dry. Had to buy more oil and add 2 additional quarts before I got a proper reading on the dipstick.
I've been getting my other car serviced here regularly without incident, but I suppose it's time to start servicing my own vehicles to make sure the job gets finished.

Rich the Owner of this business has been so helpful and wonderful to work with. I ordered my Red FUEL rims 2wks ago prior to picking up my Rubicon. Came here first time for alignment and wheel and tire mount and balance...4 hours go by when quoting it will take around 3. The best part is it took 4 hours just to mount and balance the wheels. They called to tell me that they cannot do the alignment because the "steering wheel is to crooked" when racing off road for years and every alignment place didn't make an excuse to work on it because of how the steering wheel looked, and they were able too. Service and price was good. Purchased 4 new tires and had them installed. However, the next morning I woke up to a flat tire that I had to change with the spare at 4am before I could leave for work. Made it to work on the spare. After inspecting the tire I discovered the Valve stem leaking at the base. One slight overlook on the technician part left me dissatisfied and stressed out on a Monday morning.
