Techstar is the place to bring your car for many automotive needs. Peter and Johana are such a great team. Peter took the time to explain in detail the necessary repairs for my Mercedes and quoted me a very fair price for the services I needed completed. I received a quick response on my initial inquiry, beautiful and clean office setting, and service was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning and bringing my other vehicles in the future. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give Peter 10 stars. I had taken it to Temecula European Auto Shop and they wanted to charge me 10k for vacuum pipes. I had a bad felling about that guy so I called a certified Bentley dealer. They referred me to Peter so I brought it here. Well guess what? Nothing was wrong with it, it just needed to be reset. I'm so happy that Peter saved me 10k. Such a nice guy, great customer service and family owned. I highly recommend this auto shop. Thank you so much Peter!

All I can say is WOW! An absolute god-send this place is. Like others have said, Peter the owner, really has a "father figure" presence about him. MOST HONEST MECHANIC IN TOWN! YOU WONT BELIEVE IT UNTIL YOU SEE FOR YOURSELF! We will be bringing all of our cars here from now on without hesitation. My family has been through a few different "Mercedes specialist" mechanics in the area and TECHSTAR IS THE BEST BY FAR! We have 2 MB's and were tired of the "pressure-up-sell" we were getting at other places. After this last visit to our old shop, we wanted a second opinion

Honesty and Integrity are what you get here.
Do yourself a favor and take your car to Peter and his team before you take it anywhere else. My son blew out his motor and Peter took the time find a used engine with low miles and all was good. Two months later the transmission failed and Peter took the car to the dealership and convinced them to have a new transmission put in under the warranty ( which had expired) for zero dollars out of pocket.

Peter is awesome. He does not price gouge you or sell you parts you do not need. He inspects the entire vehicle very thoroughly and delivers on time. Not only Mercedes but other makes as well.

I was amazed at the service Peter and the guys provided at Techstar. I was having issues filling up the car with gas and after receiving an estimate of $3300 to get it fixed was ecstatic to be told that it would a third of the estimate. They took the time to diagnose what the real problem was and charge me accordingly. If I ever need anything, these are the guys I'm going to. I had a certified preowned Audi that was a lemon but it was different systems each time and therefore they wouldn't buy it back. As soon as the warranty expired I was high and dry with major engine trouble and extremely low mileage. Pete helped me get her running again at a very compassionate and honest rate. Thanks Techstar!

It's my very first time to try a car shop from taking my MB to the dealership and what a very pleasant experience it was! It was very easy to book an appointment over Yelp and Johana replied very promptly. Her husband, Peter is such an awesome and honest man to do business with. He told me himself that he's not the type who suggests unnecessary parts and repairs and proved that today on my first visit. I did not just save myself from spending too much but also gained a trusted shop that I'm confident in to take good care of my vehicle. I will definitely refer this shop to my friends

Honest work. Honest assessment of the car and would trust don to do the work but it's not worth saving my car because repairs exceed value of the car. Thanks again for the honesty and multiple times he contacted me too keep me in the loop while it was in the shop.

I have been taking my Mercedes E350 to Techstar for the last 5 years, when the original warranty expired. Every time when i went to dealer , they would charge me arm and legs for some services that really didn't need to be performed. Yes you were getting free water, soda and cookies and fancy waiting area. But in reality you were paying for all that. I was lucky to find this repair shop. Peter and his technicians are the most honest people I have ever experience dealing with any mechanics.
It may come as a surprise but peter will always try to save you money.

I was new in town. Had no recommendations or anyone to tell me where to go. I looked online and found TechStar to have great reviews, so I went. Mr. Peter (Owner) met me and assured me they would diagnose my car as soon as possible. I was concerned with the cost and he could tell. He ran the machine on my car, told me exactly what was wrong and did not charge me! I was so blessed by his generous heart. I just purchased a 2001 BMW Z3 and needed a brake job, oil change, and some minor body work done. Peter was the 4th mechanic I had look at my 2004 BMW. Initially I called him to change my engine out based on what the other 3 mechanics had discovered. One of the previous mechanics I took the car to was the BMW dealership it cost me over $400 to get half a diagnosis.
