A few year back I had general liability business insurance with this company and personal car insurance. When I added the car insurance I was quoted a price of 150 or so and when I received the bill it was $1,000!! The agent had assumed that I was a home owner at the time when she gave the quote and signed me up for the car insurance. Consequently my check for the business insurance bounced and they told me they wanted to cease to insure my business because of the bounced check that they caused . All of this is verifiable. And they refused to refund me the approximately 850 that their agent

Last year on renewal they were asked for a price comparison on held policies as they didn't call to offer one. They said that would be done automatically and they would call. No call. Emailed the owner to said how dissatisfying that was. No reply. This year, they sent a letter to say two policies were cancelled as the Insurance provider has too many claims in my area. This was in complete contradiction to the Insurance provider's letter stating 'WB Adams no longer does business' with them. WB Adams letter said they would search for other quotes and contact. Not one word prior

After going to several different insurance company websites I decided it go through a broker instead and have them do the work for me :-) WB Adams right across the street from my office so decided to try them...soooo glad I did! The staff was very helpful, friendly and found me a great policy with a company I would have never found on my own. I've had to contact WB Adams several time since to update info or ask questions and the continue to be friendly, helpful and quick on their response time. I definitely recommend them!

After calling multiple insurance companies to inquire about the bonding and liability insurance, which is required to obtain my Oregon CCB license, I was thouroughly put off. It seemed that the agents lacked knowledge and a few were out right bullies.
