It’s such a joy and a great pleasure to come across a company such as Armour Title! From my first interaction with them, after my first assignment, I could tell that they are different. Everyone I’ve dealt with has a heart of service, very professional, helpful and extremely easy to work with. Although they are people you may never meet, they have that personal touch that a lot of companies are missing. They are absolutely my fav SS to work with!

DId a closing for one of the clients and was never paid. I have tried to email and call with no response and of course no one answers the phone. I have left messages and no return call. If you are a notary, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! If this is how they treat their notaries, espcially when you make yourself available at the last minute for a signing, I would be very cautious about doing business with them in any aspect!

Terrible. Sloppy. Unprofessional.
They Do *NOT* "Research or Prepare Documents" accurately for Settlement.
2 years later, after settlement, I discover they did not include the "Land" in my documents; part of the deal. My agent (no longer with Armour Title) has even reached out to them and it's a clear indication from them that it's just not a Priority to them to correct their mistake. I continue to be told, we are working on it. Their last reply on 10/8/2020 was "Nothing just yet will have soon though". Still waiting.
Now 3 years after settlement and it is still unresolved when it should have
