Ownership seems great until something doesn’t go his way. Rushed and rude. Wouldn’t recommend. Also not in the best area of Baltimore. I am disappointed in the level of professionalism shown.

I can't speak highly enough of both of my dealings with Definitive Title. They handled a refinance for me last year, and just finished up a purchase for me last week. They are prompt and informative at every step of the way. We had a fairly complicated transaction dealing with a Power of Attorney and an Executor of a Will, and there was not a single delay on our closing date. They responded to phone calls and emails and had no issues with me as a pesky buyer with lots of questions. During my refinance last year the owner, Brett, even called me directly to help handle issues with my wire transfer

Extremely rude ownership. Any slight setback to a mortgage loan and all respect for others goes out the window. Very unprofessional.

Brett, the owner of Definitive Title, is absolutely AMAZING! I called in with a question about a family members' deed and he was able to pull it up, went over it with me, and answered my question ENTIRELY in less than two minutes. He was very kind, funny, and totally made my day. I would absolutely recommend him and his company to everyone I know, 10/10!

All I can say about this team is five star! They are all amazing and stopped at nothing to make sure that they closed my deal. They literally jumped through hoops to take care of me.
